Erin M.I scheduled an appointment. Tech was supposed to be here between 8-11am. I get an email the day before ""confirming"" an appointment for the afternoon. Frustrating, but things happen. I call to reschedule and ask if there is a change in the time, to please call me. Guess what?!? SAME THING HAPPENS AGAIN, WITHOUT A CALL. Instead of an 8-10am, I now have a 1-3pm. Ugh!! Why?!? I scheduled my week so I was able to be here and now I have to hope for a THIRD and hopefully correct appointment?? Great.
JenniferI recently had a problem with my plumbing when getting a new dishwasher installed that led to another issue in my older home. Hoffman plumbing had to come out twice to my place and the technician Nico, was friendly, on-time and very professional about fixing my plumbing issues! Setting up an appointent was easy and quick which is much appreciated when there is an issue. I will be calling them in the future if I have any other plumbing needs!
