Just wanted to give kudos to Hoffman Plumbing. We just moved into a new home and realized we had a gas valve/line coming up through the floor of laundry room that was in the way of being able to push back our clothes dryer (electric dryer) closer to the wall. On top of that, we are having new flooring installed in a couple days. We really needed this handled before the new floors arrive and Joe was gracious enough to squeeze us in! He was able to remove the line and was the hero of the day. We hope not to need plumbing services in the future, but if we do, Hoffman will be our first call.

Joe fixed several leaks in my 1943 house, including two that had been deemed unfixable. He worked efficiently and charged reasonably for his time. I appreciate that he viewed the quirky plumbing in my old house as a challenge instead of a problem. He will be back soon to replace my wall-mounted kitchen faucet and swap out my soon-to-die oil-fueled water heater for a new electric one.

I had leaking pipes underneath my kitchen sink. Called Hoffman Plumbing yesterday afternoon and spoke to Lindsey who was very professional and nice! They were able to get someone over this morning. Joe was awesome! Took care of it in about 30 minutes. Thank you! Hopefully, I will not need a plumber again, but, if I do, I know who I will be calling!!

I decided to try grinding up about 2 dozen eggshells in my garbage disposal which immediately stopped up the drainage in my kitchen sinks. I knew the blockage was in the trap under my sinks so I was able to take apart and clean out the trap but I didn't have the strength to put it back into place. I called Hoffman and Joe stopped by on his way to another appointment, put the trap back into place, and didn't even charge me. He was in and out in less than 5 minutes wishing me a Merry Christmas. I gave him a little thank you gift and told him how much I appreciated him taking the time to help me. What a great Christmas season experience. Thanks so much, Joe. I'll definitely be calling you when I have another plumbing problem.

I had noticed my plumbing was backing up on the 2nd floor and leaking through the ceiling of the below garage.

I had called every plumber in town on my emergency situation and I was being told, ""Sorry we're booked until the end of December-January"". In panic, I had called around looking for plumbers for at least an hour, continually getting rejected, until I found this awesome company. They took the time to listen and tried to assist me in my situation immediately. Within 24 hours, I had help and reassurance that my plumbing would be ok despite a never ending plumbing leak in my ceiling and backed up plumbing. Joe and this company saved the day and he was extremely helpful, caring, and very professional. What a rarity for a company and people that actually care for their customers, especially during a busy time of year around the holidays.
Me and my family are extremely thankful and we are impressed that they immediately helped to remedy this situation while other plumbing companies failed to assist a neighbor in need. This company that helped, now has a customer for life now, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing quick and quality care. Thank you so much!

We were very happy with their service. We needed to have a garbage disposal installed. They were prompt, courteous, and quick. The installation was carefully done and everything is working as it should. Price was in line with other places we called. I'll use them again. Happy to have found a trustworthy plumber.

I needed a replacement kitchen faucet installed and called Hoffman Plumbing to ask if they could do it. They answered my call promptly and scheduled an appt at a time convenient for me. I was impressed that Joe reached out the day before to confirm what I needed done and to make sure that he'd be able to do the work (i shared pictures of what I had and where it was going). Joe arrived early, did the install quickly and without any mess at all, and my new faucet is perfect! He was professional, very fairly priced, and someone I will definitely call again in the future if I ever need a plumber. Joe did a great job! I am very pleased!

Sunday, Sept 9, had a hot water heater issue....water spewing at valve near the top. Called Hoffman plumbing 9am Monday morning, and was told they were booked solid, but would try to squeeze us in. To our surprise, within 40 min, one of their technicians was knocking at our door. After the initial inspection, we were told we probably needed a new heater...an expense were weren't hoping to incur. He spent some more time checking things out, and 30 min and just $200 (total...parts, labor, service call) later, our hot water heater was working perfectly. Not only were they extremely quick to respond, but the tech was awesome. Could have hosed us with a new heater....but took the time and found out to be unnecessary. Nice to know that honesty, integrity, and true customer service still exists....a least with Hoffman plumbing !!! Hats off to the entire company....best ever !!!!!

Joe was prompt, courteous and professional. He installed 4 faucets and drains in 1.5 hours and was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.
