This is the first time I have used Hoffman Plumbing. After reading their reviews I gave them a shot and was not disappointed. I will continue to use them for any future needs. . I couldn't have asked for better service. The office staff was nice to talk to. Richie our service tech was great. Due to weather he called to let us know he was running late. He did a fantastic job....I would highly recommend them.

Jesse was prompt and efficient. He was friendly and explained everything that was going on. He got our water heater replaced lickety split with all new valves also. The job looks great! It's nice to have hot water again. He also explained the proper way to flush it every year to extend its life.

Hoffman Plumbing did a wonderful service at my house! My house was built in the 70's so I didn't know exactly what the problem was with the water, but they stepped through everything to figure out what parts were needed, left to pick up the parts as they found the problem, told me everything that was going on as they found problems, and I had running hot water the same day!

I haven't had many pleasant experiences with plumbing companies until I hired Hoffman Plumbing. They're the best and I will definitely use them again. Even their rates are good. Even though they're very busy, they came to my house the same day and made a quick repair to a broken pipe fitting. I highly recommend Hoffman Plumbing. You can't go wrong with these guys.

We had our water heater die on a Saturday morning. I contacted Hoffman Plumbing through the Yelp app for a quote. The woman called within 5 minutes and gave us a quote over the phone. She told us the technician would come by that day to see what was wrong and would be able to do a new water heater installation on Tuesday, if we needed a new one. We found out that our dead water heater was 13 years old, so we weren't even going to attempt to fix it and we just wanted a new one. When the technician called, he told us that he wouldn't have time to come out that day, and that he could do it the following day (Sunday), but that we would be charged an overtime fee since it was a Sunday. We decided to keep our Tuesday appointment to avoid the additional charge. A few hours later he called us back to let us know that they had the new water heater in stock and they could do it the following day without any additional charges. We were available, so he came out at 8am on Sunday to replace it. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. We've had the new one for about a week and so far, so good. Also, they do offer a veteran/military discount.

Hoffman plumbing has been there for us for ALL of our updating-an-old-house and first-time-home-buyer needs. They respond quickly, are super respectful, and have NEVER tried to dupe us into more work than we need (have actually turned DOWN work we thought we needed but could be done in a quicker, cheaper, more reliable way). We have been duped by others into agreeing to huge replacement plans when we had to call an emergency Plummer when hoffman wasn't available, they were there within 72 hours to verify everything that was done and clarify what was and wasn't true. I recommend hoffman to EVERYONE!

Are you looking for a plumber? If so, please know that I would not hesitate to call Hoffman Plumbing for future plumbing needs. The plumber I have been using for the last decade and a half ended his business, and so we were forced to make some decisions. Again, my friends at Yelp came through. Hoffman had dozens of 5 star reviews and, as you can see, I also gave them five stars.

Communication was great. The ladies that answer the phone were knowledgeable and if they didn't have the answer, they'd call you back with the correct information.

The gentleman that did the work showed up within the window of time I had been provided with, and he was diligent in getting the job done. I think his name was Lane. He wasn't even annoyed by my questions, and I can be annoying.

So, I will be using them again when I need a plumber.

Exceptional service. After spending hours under the kitchen sink, 3 trips to home depot $$$ and almost resorting to an axe, I finally gave up and called these guys. They had it fixed the next day at a price half what I expected it to be. Clean, thorough, friendly, fast and reasonable. Definitely recommend!

I had an emergency plumbing issue where a line inside an interior wall was leaking. They were able alter their current schedule to get to me within a hour sending a crew from Carson City. Their employees were on time, professional and knowledgeable. They were able to make the repair. This is the second time Hoffman plumbing has bailed me out of a emergency situation. They are my go to plumbing company. Always profession with great customer service
