I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a job well done (not easy to find!) AND would like to learn what's going on during the job. The secretary, Beth, was extremely helpful in helping me understand the process for obtaining parts to my current faucet from the manufacturer as well as reviewing photos with a plumber, Shawn, to discuss how to proceed. This helps cut down on fruitless trips by a plumber due to a lack of information from the customer, which is ultimately cheaper for the customer. She was very patient with me as this was my first kitchen faucet repair. Shawn was awesome, too. He was extremely quick when he was here, and you could tell it was because of his decades of experience, and allowed me to watch and ask questions while he worked. I'm happy to support this company with stimulus check money; they deserve it!

Do not call yourself a tankless water heater installer if you only install your line, and without any suggestion on what it would take to GET your heater installed. Just a greedy ""Naw, we don't touch customer purchased equipment. That pulls you from a service company to a douchy overpriced god knows what they're pimping, because I couldn't get a straight answer.

My renter informed me our water heater wasn't doing it's job.

I called about a dozen places and all but two said they were scheduling for early to Mid November. About two weeks away.

This was one of the two that could come the next day, and they even gave me the first appointment not the third so my renters didn't have to take another cold shower.

Beth was great to speak to on the phone.
Chuck was quick to diagnose the issue and get the parts and the install completed. Where others were quick to push for a new heater, they took the time to come out and diagnose before deciding what to suggest. That's appreciated.

I haven't gotten the invoice yet, but so far very happy.

Beth mentioned they're intent on building relationships not nickel and dime-ing folks, and so far at least that really shows.

Added bonus, my renter feels like I didn't delay.

I was referred to Hoffman by a friend who has used them for years. I had three leaks from a previous plumber I had hired. Called them and they scheduled me for that week. Showed up on time, fixed the leaks and charged me almost 1/2 of the other quote I had gotten. Will use them again when I need a plumber.

Hoffman plumbing came to check out toilets for leaking and claim to find nothing. They then sent a bill for $350 for their service. Two weeks later a more reputable plumber fixed the leaky toilet. I called Hoffman and explained that $350 was excessive for nothing. They could care less. Will never use again. Rude arrogant ripoff!
