Our shower facet started leaking on a Sunday night and when called the next day the lady working at the phone said that a person would be there the next day and even gave a name. The dude never shows up so I end up calling on Tuesday and leave a message since no one answered. A couple days go by and I call again to see what's up and a different person answers and says there was no record of my phone call and that it will be a few days until they can fix my water and just put me on the list. My hot water has been leaking atrociously, looks like ill have someone else do it.

My 78 year old mother texted me several times stating that she asked Hoffmans heating to leave after they told her that she would have to purchase a new furnace.
When I arrived the owner was there with workers. I asked why they repeatedly ignored her requests for them to leave. I was promptly ignored. They then tightened some bolts, the furnace worked. The owner then stated he would send a bill. Professionally? You decide.
