Hoffman plumbing stands by their work! They had installed a water heater for me in 2018, and an odd malfunction caused a leak. They came in less than 24 hours and made the repair at no cost. A very profesional business--highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Rich and Paul. Before they came over they diagnosed the problem over the phone. Once we had an appointment time, they kept us posted on delays and gave us a heads up before they arrived. While here they were quick, professional, and respectful. They cleaned everything up before they left and did a great job. Will definitely use them again.

I needed to get a plumber to my moms house right away. After several attempts with local plumbers no one was contacting us back! Grant it with COVID going on at least a return call would be appreciated. I was referred to Rich Hoffman through a family member and spoke to him immediately. In turn he understood the severity of the problem and came out immediately. After visiting and diagnosing the problem along with his assistant Phil they went to work immediately and repaired what needed to get done immediately. My 90 year old mother was impressed how meticulous they we're on repairing the problem and they cleaned up the areas wear they worked as if nothing had been done at all! The reviewers don't lie! A real stand up outfit. Rich could not be any more gracious and helpful. His primary concern is fixing your plumbing issue. It's almost as if the business end comes second and the human aspect is first, he just wants your problem fixed and you satisfied. It's strange, I hope to never need him again, but I can't wait to be able to utilize his expertise *if* another problem arises in the future.

Rich and his crew were very pleasant, honest, no nonsense, punctual, knowledgeable, respectful and charge a fair price.
I had an urgent need for a water main valve replacement in a very tight spot and the guys came on time, worked quickly and went out of their way to ensure they didn't leave a mess.
I will not hesitate to call them in the future and I would definately recommend them to friends.

Rich at Hoffman Plumbing was extremely responsive and attentive. I called around 230 PM on a Friday and he was able to come to my home by 4 PM! After trying to fix a clog with Drano in my kitchen sink (something Rich explained never to do...), he was able to identify and fix the problem with little effort. I am so happy I called Hoffman Plumbing, as I would have continued to use Drano.. and made the situation much worse. Rich is a local guy with a local business, and I appreciate that level of service even more. I will definitely be calling Rich if I have any problems in the future!

We had a gas furnace issue at my mothers house that needed to get resolved. I called 5 different plumbing firms to provide service. The only one to respond was Rich Hoffman. He called back within a day and also texted me. Fortunately another person was able to show us how to resolve the plumbing issue and we contacted RIch to tell him we didn't need his services. I am writing this review because when you have a plumbing emergency you need to have a reliable resource to help you. Rich Hoffman was the only one to respond to our need. We still have not heard from any other of the plumbing firms we contacted. I only rated him 4 stars because he didn't get the chance to further impress us with his work.

I called Rich on a Tuesday afternoon for a leaking pipe in my basement. Rich and his apprentice, Reed, came out on Wednesday morning bright and early and diagnosed and fixed the problem in under an hour, all for a very reasonable price. I will continue to use Hoffman plumbing for any future plumbing needs.
