Joe has been wonderful. I've booked 3 appointments so far to date over the course of the last year. I wanted to change some fixtures, had a leak, and then a valve replacement. I just called today to make a 4th appointment. It is so great to heavy someone reliable. Awesome plumber!

They've definitely made a return customer out of me. They were able to fit me in the schedule very quickly. I had a difficult and unique issue involving water hammering between my plumbing and irrigation. Even though the first fix didn't completely solve the issue, Jesse and Joe made sure to make me a priority until it was fixed, even though they don't often work on irrigation. This included them having to do some investigation and contact irrigation experts for some ideas. I don't know many companies that would go through what they went through for a single customer. In the end, Joe's problem solving ability is what fixed the problem.

I'm thoroughly impressed with their level of service. Their pricing was very fair and I can't say enough good things about them. They have made a loyal customer out of me.

Highly recommend. We had an emergency mainline stoppage and they were out the same day and had everything fixed under an hour. They are absolutely wonderful. I do real estate here in the valley and they will always be my go to for all of my clients.

Joe saved us! He came out late yesterday as soon as we called him even though he was in the middle of another huge job in Carson. Came back again this morning at 7am and now my valve, deep down on the side of the house, has been replaced! Now I can make it to a wedding on time!

Had some issues with back up. Joe called me back at 7pm and after talking about the problem, he suggested a new toilet and if that didn't work, he would come and check. He saved me some money, I have a new toilet, and it's all good now. I appreciate the honesty and if I ever do have problems in the future, I'll definitely call again.

Hoffman actually deserves more than just 5 Stars. Their level of customer service is the Gold Standard, actually Platinum. I left a phone message with them this morning concerning a leaking kitchen sink and within minutes had a call back. They responded within the hour to make the repairs. Jessie was extremely courteous, efficient and neat. I strongly recommend using Hoffman for all your plumbing needs.

If you need any plumbing done, these are the guys to call. The owner, Joe, came out to my house (earlier than previously expected) to assess our water heater situation, and it was discovered that we needed a new one. He did call the manufacturer to see about getting parts, but straight up told us that he couldn't guarantee it. My household agreed to just replace the heater, and Joe told us he couldn't do it that day, cuz he didn't have what he needed, but that he'd do it the next day, and that he'd call us when he was done with an earlier job, so around 10-ish. He called us to let us know he was on his way over at 8:30 that morning, came and installed a new water heater for us. It took about 2hrs or so, and the cost was nowhere near what I thought it would be.

Basically, these guys are very professional, have incredible customer service, and they get the job done. I've had trouble with getting plumbing contractors to come out to our house before, but these guys? Fantastic. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.
