The company was founded in 1953 in Andover, MA by Joseph Hoffman. The name changed to Hoffman and Kelley, Inc. in 1988. Jesse LeLievre, a North Andover local, purchased the business in 2019. Now based in North Andover, MA, we primarily serve homeowners in Andover and North Andover. Hoffman and Kelley, Inc. is led by Jesse LeLievre, a Master Plumber residing in North Andover. Jesse and his five technicians collectively offer more than 40 years of plumbing experience for your needs.
