The older man (owner) has a lot of experience under his belt. But I dont care much for some of his helpers. The crew is loud, anxious and makes me nervous. However, I do wish I got him to fix a drain problem. The owner suggested a fix. He told me exactly where the break was. After him, I got maybe 3 other sets of plumbers to come out. Many seemed confused as to what was happening, and inexperienced. After multiple floods, and in a frenzy since I could not get a ""good"" local plumber to respond -- at the advice of another service -- (thank you. :( ,, I got Shelton in Hurt Va to come out. Now I have no drains, huge bill $$$$$ (totally over priced) and more plumbing issues resulted from Chad Shelton's work. I could elaborate more on that.. Not pleased there at all.
