My neighbor called Hodges when a line broke. They had to come to my back yard to dig and get to the pipe. The pictures are how they left my fence, my yard and my shed. The house is a rent house and I was not informed this had happened until weeks later. I called Hodges and spoke with Donny. From the time I called him and he took responsibility for the repairs, it took him about another month to come out and fix my fence. A very poor patch job to say the least, but that is what you get when what was left standing was so torn up that there is no way it would be put back together properly. They have made no attempt to fix my yard or my shed. Because of how long it took for them to come out, I honestly believe that they would have never attempted to fix anything had I not called them. Each time I did call them, Donny made excuses and kept delaying. I would not call them to do my plumbing or any other jobs around my house because they don't appear to see a jobs through to completion, they have no respect for the property of others and like to delay and make excuses when they are called on their shortcomings.

Girl on phone was nice but mechanic in background was rude at 9am good way to run off a potential paying customer. I needed several parts for a restoration but I'll be going somewhere else now.
