Conducted both Duct install and plumbing renovation for whole house. Service was very responsive and courteous. They tended to want to install things conviennent to them (plumbing though doors in crawl spaces vs cutting new wholes through brick) but the asked and when I pushed for neat and clean install I got it. Very willing to work with me on design and do what I wanted for renovation. They put up with a lot of changes too. Overall, very professional and I'd highly recommend.

Called this company on 5/28/2019. Spoke with a young lady. Gave her my information, and detailed information in regards to my request for service of my AC unit. Was told I would get a call from their service manager to set an appointment time.
At the time of this review, three days later, I have not received any call from this company.

We were new to the area and our AC went out on the new home we purchased. We first went with someone else who charged a high amount to fill the unit. We called Hodges & Bryant and they came out, diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote, and later found we had a warranty and used that. They worked so hard for us and even let us use a couple of wall units (we bought some of our own as well) until they could get the part in as it was sweltering outside. I trust this company 100%. They did went above and beyond.

I needed several HVAC and plumbing repairs to be completed on a house in Mathews, VA. I live about 4 hours away and wasn't familiar with anyone in the area. I luckily stumbled upon Danny at Hodges & Bryant. This is truly one of the most professional companies that I have worked with. Danny did what he said he was going to do every time. They were extremely prompt and courteous. Prices were very reasonable and their work was perfect. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!!!

After a pipe broke under the slab in my house, we researched plumbers online and finally made the decision to call Hodges and Bryant. We called at 8 am Monday morning and they were on-site within a couple of hours. They had to jackhammer through my slab to fix the broken pipe. They had my water back on by mid-afternoon. We were greatly concerned when we did not get an estimate in advance, but our main concern was getting our water back on. Many of our friends could not believe we allowed someone to do the work without knowing how much it would cost. It took a couple of weeks to receive the bill. I was expecting $1000 and it was only a few hundred dollars. I'm really glad I went with a local company and didn't waste time getting a bunch of different estimates. I would certainly call Hodges and Bryant for any of my plumbing needs.
