Made appointment, they blew it off and when I called the desk person didn't want to contact the plumber to see where they were because they were busy. Never showed or called back.

I Called on a Sunday evening , not knowing there hours call service lady was rude and referred me back to my landlord so he could call them back . Next day the secretary called and apologized , the plumbers came that day and they were fast and polite and my sink was fixed in no time . I gave 3 stars for the unflushed urine that was left in my toilet by one of the two men . I also did not like what I perceived the laughter about it on the way out and I had to ask what was wrong with my sink they were in to much of a hurry to leave . If it was me that hired them this would be the first and probably last time .

I could not have been happier with the work done by Hodge City Mechanical. They installed our gas stove, fixed leaks, and installed our new energy-efficient water heater. We received an estimate for a new energy-efficient gas boiler from them and are very happy. We will be using them for that work.

Please avoid this company. I purchased a home in 2014 that Hodge City was contracted to complete a gas conversion on prior to our move. This did not occur as a ""part"" was missing on the gas stove. We agreed to move in regardless and contracted with the previous owner/ Hodge to have them complete the work when the part was received. After coming to the house once in August (where they realized the part they had was the wrong part) they disappeared. My husband and I placed numerous calls to the company, most went unanswered. We wrote letters- again unanswered. By October we decided to hire another contractor. He came and told us that Hodge had removed all the working parts from the stove and it couldn't be fixed unless they provided us with the missing parts- or we'd need to buy a new stove. Finally we contacted the Better Business Bureau. After filing this complaint we heard from Hodge and they fixed the problem. I was dissatisfied but decided to leave it alone.

However, in June of 2015 we received a bill from Hodge for work they completed before we moved in. Granted, this was work we agreed to pay for independently, and had paid for half of prior to the move. The request for the remainder of services was NEVER SENT TO US. But no, Hodge needed to let us know we were DELINQUENT on the payment- a payment we were never asked to make! I am so offended by Hodge City Mechanical! Please avoid their services!!
