I would highly recommend Sam and his service. I have used HOCOA on a couple of occasions now. The first was for roofing service and his roofer provided a lower bid and did the job on time and with no issues. The second, and most recent time really set his service apart. I called HOCOA late on Friday afternoon on an electrical issue. Sam had one of his electricians call me which happened yet that evening. He was able to spend about 20 minutes walking me through several steps over the phone and was able to take care of the issue. I apologize as I do not recall his name, but he was great and best of all I was not charged a service call.
HOCOA is a service everyone should have at their fingertips as you never know when you might need the service.

They expect you to sign up for a $69/yr annual membership to use their service after their complimentary 1-yr membership - I guess that would be OK if they'd call you back to schedule someone to come out and bid for the job you called about in the first place!

They're probably OK for small jobs but anything beyond screwing in a light bulb I'd look elsewhere!

I am so glad I met Sam and found out about his company, on the very day I was planning on picking out new kitchen appliances at Sears. He had me send him the model numbers of what I settled on and then he sent me his company's quotes. He had Sears (with their discounts, specials & incentives) beat by over $1,000!!!
