I first called Hocks Plumbing to check if they have an opening before the weekend. Which they did I booked it and told them I need it done before the weekend.

Explained my situation that the bathtub has been clogged and that the drain stopper switch on my bathtub is stuck because I couldn't even turn the drain off or on. I also mentioned I would need this done on the same day due to having this place rented out for the weekend.

So when the guy got here to take a look, he told me how long the process would take. Especially since I mentioned that if this could be done by the end of the day. He guaranteed that it would be no problem, I even asked if he could put in new new shower valves, and a new shower head that I had bought but never time to get it in. Which he put in for me not only was his work very good and clean. He made sure to show me that everything was working before he left.
