I have dealt with many plumbers over my lifetime. Most of them were pretty good. Hoag plumbing was by far the BEST experience we have had in that arena. First of all, they arrived EXACTLY on time! Steve and his son, Nick were courteous, respectful and professional. Steve was able to find the source of the split in our copper pipe (behind a wall). After a quick trip to get supplies, they fixed our leak, cleaned up and were on their way to rescue the next customer. These guys should wear capes because they are plumbing heroes! So the sprinklers in my front yard decided to randomly start leaking. I didn't want to wait and let more of a puddle develop. I decided to check yelp, came across Hoag plumbing! Literally made a phone call and within an hour, Steve came to the rescue. I'd say within an hour of that he diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was on his way. This includes digging into the lawn, cutting busted pipe and incorporating new line. Also, he was able to replace the patches of grass he had to dig up, which I was really concerned about. Service was top notch, he was punctual, and courteous. On top of that, you could tell that he knew what he was doing. I don't review often, but when I do, I give credit where credit is due!

Thanks again, Steve! If anything else decides to break, your business card has earned its place on my fridge.

N. Hoag is a fraud. He charged me nearly $1000 to do simple work and took advantage of me because I was not there to oversee his work. I had to re-plumb my sewer line, costing me double what he damaged. He is careless and extremely unprofessional! Make sure you have a license number, a copy of his insurance, and a written contract before you have him do any work, that way when (not if) he messes up you can sue him.

Quick job, quick service, easy hire. I used Yelp to get a plumber for a property I manage. They were out within a days notice. Took care of a clogged laundry drain. Tenants are happy with the outcome. Will keep them on my list for next time.

I came home from work and the shower was leaking hot water and we couldn't get it to stop. Went to YELP and messaged some local plumbers. Hoag Plumbing messaged back in less than 15 minutes, it was a weekday evening and they were at my house in less than 30 minutes. Nick & James were very professional and the repair was complete in less than an hour. Great company, great people excellent work. The next time I need a plumber I am calling Hoag and I would gladly recommend them to everyone.
