We were referred to this poor excuse for a company by our Home Warranty Company. The owner wanted to change our appointment to 48 hours LATER then HE had scheduled. We explained we had a medical appt so we couldn't accommodate his request. He then reneged on the time of day that he committed to coming. We went from 11 AM to 11 AM to 3 PM to CANCEL! My .02. He didn't like us pushing back and he didn't want to come to Makaha. I'm glad he was good for others but he CANCELED our appointment after he asked my husband to take pictures of the issue that needed attention I am gathering the owner didn't like us. We are from the Mainland and live in Makaha. I guess he has enough business that he could throw two seniors, one a retired US veteran and Native American to the wind because he has so much business. Dude, you had zero aloha. We were respectful and you just mowed us down. Great way to treat kapuna - NOT.

I can't recommend Ken enough. HNL replaced our central AC unit May 2021. They were the best deal, by far, out of the 4 companies I called on island. They have returned to service our equipment each year and have done a phenomenal job. Small company, personable, responsive, and professional. I never have to worry about them being dishonest. So grateful !

HNL Mechanical did an outstanding job replacing an extremely compact HVAC system tied to a central building chiller system, and the price was great. The chilled line space constraint was minimal (workspace slightly larger than a shoebox), requiring the addition of 4 new sweated valves (2 in each direction), plus cut-in to building pipes and the new HVAC unit. I was impressed with Ken's expertise and ability to complete this impossible job without issue, and without risk (he took all necessary safety measures and precautions to ensure a great outcome). The finished installation was professional and clean. Thank you, Ken and HNL, for an awesome job. Highly recommend, will use their services again!

I recommend Ken. This is first time service but from beginning I noticed he was really good.lot a company don't want to do Samsung and try to over charge you!if you have Samsung I highly recommend. He really know about Samsung too It was worth what I pay for. I will used him long as I need clean.hope not often

I had an issue with my AC in our condo unit not blowing cold air and Ken was quick to answer and respond. He was very prompt and communicated well with all issues we were having. He is an honest and trustworthy guy. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a repair man and would highly recommend working with him. It's difficult to find honest workers with good work ethics and I'm happy to have found him. We will definitely be keeping his contact to use him again in the future.

Hnl Mechanical and Plumbing. It's that time of year, 2 of my split AC units started leaking. So I called my home warranty and requested Hnl Mechanical and Plumbing...they accepted the bid and an appt was set within 4 days. However I had to work on Thursday so I told Matt to squeeze me in if any appt opens up. Yep lucky me. Matt called today and had an hour slot. Matt and Ken showed up, within an hour they unclogged my pipes and sprayed a cleaner thingy. Highly recommend...in and out..professional..clean..
