Arsenal plumbing from our home warranty came out to snake an upstairs bathroom sink. They snaked 15 ft down and told us that something is likely stuck down there, and that we were have to tear apart our walls in order to fix the problem. They said that this is not covered under the home warranty and will be a costly project to break open our downstairs walls in order to access the plumbing.

We had anytime rooter come out and he spent about 45 minutes snaking it. He asked us if we had another plumber come out to snake this before and we told him that we had the home warranty plumber out, but we didn't think very highly of his skill to snake it, so we asked Broc to come out. Broc was very upset, left the house without telling us whether he was leaving or returning to fix the problem. Very unprofessional.

Then, we contacted H.N. Plumbing. We told them about the issue and they came out to fix it. Although they were booked up the whole week and we had to wait 4 days before they were available, it was well worth it. Monday morning, Ozzie came out, worked on snaking the sink and fixed it! Unlike Arsenal plumbing who only attempted to snake it 15 ft, Ozzie used his 50 ft snake and thoroughly unclogged our sink. Ozzie the plumber is also extremely thorough and intelligent in his explanation, and explains it in such a way that a lay person can understand it. He is hard working, professional, intelligent, and our #1 plumber.

We have also used 911 plumbing, Ninja Plumbing, and the two above plumbers (Arsenal Plumbing and Anytime Rooter). H.N. Harris Plumbing is definitely our #1 plumbing company.

We probably saved thousands of dollars by not listening to Arsenal plumbing who wanted to tear down our wall to fix the bathroom sink clog. Thank goodness Ozzie came out and unclogged it. Thank you Ozzie!

I needed about ten feet of copper pipe replaced and a gas stub moved, plus drywall patching tor all the holes cut in the walls.

Jaime the office manager?/receptionist? was very friendly and helpful in getting me a quote and arranging the plumber visit. On my scheduled day, she called 1 hour into the 2 hour window to let me know the plumbers were delayed from an earlier project and to check if I needed to reschedule.

The plumbers were very professional and answered all of my questions adequately. When the project had to extend into a second day, they clearly explained the plan on what had been completed and what they would do the second day. The patchwork was perfect - with a smoother and more even finish than my prior contractor from a remodel.

Overall everyone I interacted with was professional and patient with my questions. My final bill came in exactly as quoted so no surprises there either. Will definitely use them again though I hope I don't have to.

Called to replace a kitchen faucet, and they were able to come out the next day. Very professional and friendly and a good price. This is the 2nd time we've used them.

I got back from a trip to find my kitchen flooded. Not much, but enough to damage some furniture and a good section of the floor. I called HN spoke to someone who took my information, name, address, and photos. Very polite and friendly. Said they'd call me back after the photos were received. No one called me, so I called back about an hour later, I was told that the damage, while minimal could be beyond their scope but would give me a call later to verify. I didn't receive a call back.

Needed new plumber to repair gas leaks as my plumber didn't do that. Based on reviews, called and spoke to nicest guy. Javier, super nice, professional, respectful and courteous came and fixed everything. Gas company happy, me happy.
Even came back promptly to turn on something gas company refused to.
Only thing: Came and fixed running toilets, had to come back when not fixed correctly. Still runs every now and then.

I contacted HN Harris Plumbing & Rooter after several people referred them. My initial call was answered in a timely manner, and I was able to get some generalized info at that time.

During the initial call, I was instructed to email additional info and pics to their email address, which I did. I never received a reply or follow up call confirming receipt. So, I followed up both by phone and email and did not receive a response then either. On my third and final attempt, I was able to reach a rep via phone; but the rep was unapologetic and took my info again. I never heard back.

That said, I hired a different company. I do not and will not recommend HN Harris Plumbing & Rooter.

Let me start off with saying that I actually didn't receive service from HN Harris Plumbing.

After speaking to Javi on the phone for a few minutes, I decided to purchase a hand snake and unclog my bathtub myself.

I really appreciated Javi's honesty and coaching about the process, it turns out it was simple enough and my bath tub is unclogged! Thank you!

HN just finished up with a few significant plumbing issues I had, one of which was a leak from the upstairs bathroom that was coming down into the dining room below. They charge for the project and not the hours which greatly benefitted me in this instance. They even spent a lot of time to find the rare parts I needed for my fancy-schmancy fixtures.

They are trustworthy, honest and do a great job. They are the ONLY PLUMBERS I will ever use.

When I found out there was a major leak in our new home's gas pipes, I called HN Harris and spoke to Jamie. She sent Javier out to give me a quote within an hour, and I was impressed with his thorough inspection, detailed explanation of the work, and his calm demeanor. Their quote came out far less than the eye-popping quote of the leak detection company.

Since we hadn't set up the internet yet, I was checking emails on my phone and completely missed the scheduled start time, which was a day earlier than I was anticipating. Jamie and Javier were so flexible and understanding, and I was able to come home midday to provide a key. Work was started that afternoon, and by the next evening, we had all new gas pipes, and we were able to get our gas connection that night.

You never appreciate a hot shower so much as when you can't have one! I appreciate the professionalism, promptness, and courtesy of HN Harris.
