My water heater started leaking the other day & started to form a pool in my garage. I found HN Harris on Yelp & called them after reading the awesome reviews. Yelpers were not wrong! Ozzy came out the next morning & repaired the water line leading into the tank. Problem fixed. He told me that there was nothing wrong with the water heater itself, and even though it was getting old, it was still in adequate shape.
What truly impressed me about Ozzy was that with a couple of other over-the-phone estimates I got, I was told that since the water heater was older than the normal life expectancy, I would have to go ahead and get it replaced. We're talking over $1000 to start. Ozzy was not only skilled, he was HONEST. He so easily could have told me that the water heater needed to be replaced, and I would have done it. Especially since the area where it appeared to be leaking from looked rusty. Instead, the job cost less than $90. I really appreciate Ozzy's knowledge, skill, and most of all, integrity. In fact, someone from the office called me and gave me a 20 minutes heads up that they were on the way. They took care of my problem quickly, did not leave a mess and charged a fair amount. I just called these guys tonight for a plumbing issue that my regular handyman was unable to fix. The gentleman I spoke with was able to diagnose my problem over the phone. They arrived promptly on a Sunday night and fixed everything in less than an hour. The guys were both courteous and professional, it was easy to pay and he explained that they offer a 30-day guarantee on their work. I hope I don't ever have to call a plumber again, but when I do it will be H.N. Harris.

They did it again! My bathroom faucet was leaking and I needed it repaired quick. Called HN right before they were closing. The receptionist was kind and understanding even though I probably came off a little abrupt from my own frustrations. Ozzie arrived within 10 minutes! He was fast, very pleasant to deal with and got the job done. Whatever I was charged, I didn't get the feeling of being ripped off which I normally do when I get billed from any service repairman. I've had this company do other plumbing work in the past, and they've consistently been honest. I am more than satisfied with this transaction. My only regret is that I forgot to tip them. I completely spaced when my newborn started to get fussy. I figured I at least owe them a good review.

Incredible. Had a backed-up sink - getting worse by the minute - and called them in to fix it. We told them how bad the situation was, told them we'd be home all day, and to please come at their earliest convenience. They arrived 45 minutes before the top of their arrival window, and fixed the sink, along with some other minor plumbing issues, in under an hour.

My dilemma - my toilet has been leaking for quite some time now. I barely bought the house less than a year ago (granted a 60yr old house) so I thought I could utilize my home warranty to get the repair done. I call them and they dispatch United Plumbing (DO NOT CALL - THEY ARE TERRIBLE. I waited 5 minutes just for an estimate and their technician was rude).

When United Plumbing came - he instantly looked at the scene and walked out of my house to place a phone call. Shortly after I received a phone call from my home warranty stating that they are rejecting my service claim as I breached my contract when we removed the toilet.

Down in a runt - the only way I could reinstate and keep warranty protection on my bathroom was to get a licensed contractor to come out and make the repair.

I first called back United Plumbing to get an estimate outside of my warranty. It took me over 5+ minutes in order to speak to an operator - the estimate was $465.00. Then I called Bestline Plumbing because I always get their magnets - would've cost $380.00 but they wouldn't be able to come until tomorrow (already 1pm).

Finally - I did a Yellowpage search - I noticed that HN Harris had the most reviews in my area - so I gave them a call.

The operator I spoke to was name Javier. Not only did he go above and beyond in terms of his customer service but he was also very professional and knowledgeable.

While other plumbing companies simply asked me whats the problem and gave me an estimate and ended the phone call - Javier did not jump the gun at all. As soon as I explained to him the problem - he started educating me on what the problem might reside in and what parts might need replacement.

He not only spent time trying to educate me on what the problem might be involved - he even asked me to take a picture of the problem so that he could better diagnosis and provide a more accurate estimate.

Although I was hesitant to call them out for a service call because I was outside of their ""FREE ESTIMATE"" zone - I just knew based upon my conversation with Javier that these guys knew what they were doing. So I gambled and now I gain an extremely reputable plumbers.

Not only are these guys experienced but they were quick. The technicians, Ozzie and Ever were out to my house within 2 hours from the moment I put in the service call and were out in less than a hour.

And the best part? - Since when have you seen technicians be respectful to your house and wear shoe covers?

I needed some plumbing work done so I went to Yelp and found H.N. Harris Plumbing. I made the call and spoke with Jamie who was very nice and courteous. I explained what I needed and she said she would call me back. When she called back, she gave me an estimate of what she thought the costs would be from my explanation. And, it was within my budget (thankfully!!). So, we schedule the appointment for later that week.

On the day of the appointment, Javier and Ozzie showed up on time and ready to go. I showed them my issue (flooding coming from the wall behind my sink) and they got right down to work. They had to go into the wall to see what the was causing puddles of water to form on my bathroom floor. Once in the wall, they called me to the bathroom to show me exactly what the issue was (corroded pipe) and told me right there what they were going to do to fix it and that the cost would still be what Jamie quoted me (nice!).

Although they had to run to Home Depot for a part or two, they did the job very quickly. At one point, I went into the bathroom jus to check on things and it was a complete mess! All I could think was, I hope they clean up that mess! Well, they not only cleaned the mess but I think the bathroom was cleaner after they left!

But, what really impressed me is what they did after they had finished fixing my corroded pipe issue. After the job, and after cleaning up, they were testing the water drainage to make sure everything was working like it should and heard something weird. They didn't know exactly what is was and instead of just leaving they kept trying to out why they were hearing a ""bubble"" sound. Well, when they turned around, my tub was filled with black guck! Apparently, my tub and sink lines are connected and when they cleared the line for the sink, it backed up the tub! No worries though, they went under the house, figured out what was going on, fixed it for me, and only charged me what I thought was a minimal amount, especially since that wasn't my issue to begin with!

These guys were great and I HIGHLY recommend them. On time, professional, clean, and priced right. What more can you ask for?
