My main line was clogged due to tree roots.
Called early Saturday morning for a help.
Javier said the technician would be here between 12-2pm.
Javier quoted a reasonable price and it was honored.
Enrique the technician arrived on time and did a great job.
He thoroughly made sure the problem was solved.
He took his time.
His manner was kind and professional.
Also, Enrique took a look at my faucet for a no charge.
He went beyond the call of duty.
Highly recommend them for plumbing.

Best plumbers in town.....knowledgeable.....thorough....fast & freindly service. Highly recommended. Thier experience n expertise far outweighs a bargain service for anything less.

I've been looking for a dependable, afforable and competent Plumber for 10 years. Where have you been hiding!
Own a buiding with 3 restrooms and tree root issues. Called HN after my so called plumber left with no resolution. Ever was awesome!! Problem fixed with recommendations!
Ladies, if you need a trustworthly company, this is it!!

My upstairs shower sprung a leak into my office. It turned out to be a major crack in the drain pipe. Ever from HN Harris came, diagnosed the problem and came the next day. All is fixed and he did a great job replacing the cracked pipe, keeping the are clean and sealing it up with plastic until my painter can come to replace the ceiling dry wall. I plan to use HN Harris for all my plumbing needs from now on not only because of their great service but also because there is a friendly voice, Martha on the phone who is always there when you call.

After moving into our new apt which we bought a new fridge for, we realized that we didn't have a watter hook-up for the ice machine on the fridge. I called Harris Plumbing and they were able to come out the next day. The plumber did such a nice job and concealed the tubes needed to connect the water which I was nervous about. I will be calling them again if needed.

Fortunately it has been awhile since I needed a plumber and when the need came up I quickly remembered that company that starts with a H was good. A quick review of my Yelp history and I was calling H.N. Harris plumbing.
The situation was a friend's house, an ecoflush toilet, and my guilt for thinking I had broken the handle mechanism with my Hulk strength. If you don't know what an ecoflush toilet is, never get one they're awful. I lifted the toilet thinking it would be a simple fix but saw this giant black box and later learned there were valves, pressure tanks, and pistons. A plumber sent by the HOA earlier took one look, shook his head, and left.
In the end, H.N. Harris was able to make it out (it was a little bit out of their service area) and install the replacement parts for the ecoflush toilet for a very reasonable price.. And it turned out it wasn't my fault, apparently every 10-15 years the valves or something need to be replaced on those awful ecoflush toilets.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to H.N. Harris Plumbing! Shortly after we moved into our apt, I was washing the dishes and ran the garbage disposal, when to my surprise, my spoon popped out of it! Afterward, every time I ran the GD, it would make a HORRIBLE noise.
I called our property manager who told us that it was a brand new garbage disposal (2 mos old) and unfort, since it was my fault, warranty would not cover any necessary repairs. So I called H.N. Harris and they came out to give a free estimate. Ozzie, the service technician, was already wearing booties over his shoes when he showed up at my door (hooray). After doing a few checks, he found a TINY piece that was apparently not thrown out when the garbage disposal was originally installed, which the spoon had loosened up when it got stuck. The TINY piece was the source of the noise. Ozzie initially stated that if the noise were coming from the gears, I may have to replace the entire GD which would've been hundreds of dollars but he decided to check again after hearing something loose while doing his checks. Man, am I SOOOOOO glad that he was thorough with his checks. After he pulled out the piece, the noise was gone!
Ozzie also took the time to educate me on my GD with all the different things that can happen and what I can do to troubleshoot. He was very professional and kind. I have their card in my drawer and H.N. Plumbing will be my go-to for any plumbing issues I may have in the future! What a great experience!

Ozzie was Ozzzome. He did more than necessary, cleaned up after himself and had the bedside manner of a noble prize winning doctor. Everything was to satisfaction, and I asked him to sing the Rolling Stones tune at the end of the appointment but he refused, said I had a feminine raspy voice, and he didn't want any part of it-- he's right and we had a good laugh! But I did get satisfaction, and great service, from H.N. Harris.

Very easy to make an appointment, plumber showed up on time and fixed the three issues I had at my condo. Fair pricing. Very pleased and would easily use again if I have future plumbing work.

My water heater wasn't working so I called up H.N. Harris. Jamie at the office was courteous and prompt to set up the details, as well as suggesting how to check the pilot light on my own and possibly eliminate the need for anyone to come out. Pilot light was lit but wasn't catching, so we promptly set up an appointment. An additional bonus is that they are licensed to fix Bradford White water heaters under warranty, so I'd only be charged for labor, not parts.
Ozzie came out on a Saturday right on time, was polite and used shoe covers and quickly diagnosed two possible problems, explaining what he was going to attempt first and then second if the first issue (thermocouple) didn't work. He also ran both prices by me to make sure I knew what would be coming in terms of cost.
The only downside was the wait for the various parts, but this is a problem with any plumbing company - they can diagnose what part they'll need only after seeing the water heater, then both parties have to wait until the part is sent out if it's not readily available.
Unfortunately the first attempt didn't work, so the 2nd part (gas control valve) had to be ordered - happily, the second attempt was a success. Ozzie was always on time, courteous, very communicative and worked quickly/efficiently. He let me watch the process and answered my questions for future reference.
I'm naturally suspicious of people working on things I don't understand well (cars, A/C, plumbing, etc.), so it was a real treat to feel like I was dealing with a competent honest company. Definitely going to recommend them to my neighbors (whose water heaters are also starting to go!)...
