Our job was for a vaulted ceiling fan installation and to repair cracked and molding caulk around the tubs. I removed the existing caulk from the bathrooms myself to save money but I still felt the price was extremely high for a fan install and a finger swipe over silicone (that's all they did). They didn't remove the kitchen silicone (which we agreed on) and didn't clean it before putting a thin layer on top. After it cracked overnight I had him come back out to redo the entire thing.

So, if you care about finesse and visual consistency, look elsewhere.

He recommended we use Sherwin Williams paint and was also able to get a discount on the paint which saved us a lot of money. He also replaced all rotted trim around chimney and windows.
