He hauled off the old door for proper disposal and he cleaned up after he completed job and provided tips on the care of the door. Art was the first and only handyman I contacted for my problem that responded immediately with a clear quote. He answered all of my questions promptly and to my full satisfaction, despite the fact that we communicated almost entirely through Yelp Messenger (I am partially deaf and greatly dislike phone calls). We agreed on a price to re-caulk two showers, set a date and time.

He arrived promptly, wore clean shoes, went right to work. He went out of his way to give the mold staining an extra scrubbing with cleaner before sealing it, something that he didn't have to do.

Both I and my husband are fully satisfied with Art's efficiency and effectiveness in services rendered and will be hiring him again in future.
