He hauled off the old door for proper disposal and he cleaned up after he completed job and provided tips on the care of the door. He even explained his door installation process and I could ask questions, which I did . I would use HMS for any other services I need a hand with.

Art was the first and only handyman I contacted for my problem that responded immediately with a clear quote. He answered all of my questions promptly and to my full satisfaction, despite the fact that we communicated almost entirely through Yelp Messenger (I am partially deaf and greatly dislike phone calls). We agreed on a price to re-caulk two showers, set a date and time.

He arrived promptly, wore clean shoes, went right to work. He went out of his way to give the mold staining an extra scrubbing with cleaner before sealing it, something that he didn't have to do.

Both I and my husband are fully satisfied with Art's efficiency and effectiveness in services rendered and will be hiring him again in future.

Art was professional through the entire experience. He did an excellent job on the install of the back door and frame. He had to remove the old door frame first, then cut at the top to allow the new frame to fit, and caulk all the right areas. He was able to save the old trim on the inside of the house, but since the new door we bought was a couple of inches taller than the old one, it left a gap at the bottom. Art offered to run to Home Depot to pick up new trim that would be longer and fit properly. It did and the door looks great! It also works great - opens and closes fine, and even the locks work perfectly now! He also took all the debris and old frame away with him and swept the area clean so I didn't have to worry about any of that! I highly recommend Art and would hire him again. In fact, I have another project that I've already asked for a quote on.
