Worst service I have ever received. Gives you a time that he would be here. After being 4 hours late,I had to track him down. This also occurred on a return visit. Once he was here he left to get a part & was gone 2 hours & charged me for it.

Our regular plumber was out of town, so I contacted HMR to install a new garbage disposer. He complained the whole time, and said it was the best he could do. Charged $250, and after he left I realized he hadn't installed correctly...the disposer was at an angle, not attached at all the points. When my regular plumber got back, he installed it correctly and only charged $125.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking a lot at the base so we shut the water supply off and called HMR the next morning. When he arrived, he turned the water supply back on and pulled out the spray nozzle. He said it wasn't screwed on tightly so he tightened it and declared the leak was fixed. I was embarrassed that it was something that simple, but the spray attachment in another sink in the laundry room needed work, so he fixed that (needed a new collar). He was in my house less than 20 minutes and charged $175 (it would have been $150 if I had enough cash). I went out after he left and when I came back discovered the kitchen faucet was still leaking and had leaked all over the counter and dripped onto the floor. I called his office and left a message with their service that it was still leaking. They never returned my call! In the meantime, my husband googled our faucet model and realized we probably needed a new cartridge. We shut the water supply off again and ordered a new cartridge from Grohe. When it still hadn't come after a week (during which I had no water in kitchen), I bought a new faucet at Home Depot and called another plumber to install it since my husband had left town on business. The plumber removed the old faucet, confirming it was the cartridge causing the leak. He installed the new one. The job took one hour and I was charged $125. I don't understand how anyone can say HMR Kramer is honest or fair-priced. I don't know why I was charged so much for 15 minutes, and why he never returned my call when I spoke to his service to say it was still leaking. I can only assume he did not need or want my business. He's definitely lost it.

My bathtub drain was so slow it was long overdue for a plumber. I called Kramer Plumbing and they came out the same day. Since my house is built in the 1950's I also asked about repiping and he said it wasn't necessary (after he looked at the pipes). I really appreciated his honesty and very fair price. I will be using them again for sure!

Our kitchen sink pipes were leaking, and I called HMR Kramer Plumbing. The next day (I told them it wasn't urgent) one of their guys came on by, fixed up the ktichen sink, and then I told him about an issue in the basement washtubs. He took the time to check it out and it was a bigger project than anticipated, and he needed to come back to work on it. He came back two days later (again, not urgent) and fixed it up in less than an hour. VERY fair price, and fielded a couple other questions I had with recommendations and advice.
Will DEFINITELY use again, great service, very professional.
