My shower broke, there was no hot water. I posted for a plumber on yelp and Hamad responded. He was scheduled to come on Monday but his technician ran into an accident so he came on tuesday. He said he could not remove the handle because the screw was rusted and so he would have to break the handle. He had to first find a new handle to replace so he would get back to me the next day. I texted him the next day and he said he would get back in couple hours. He did not then I texted him again the next day and he said he would get back in an hour and did not. Finally, I called wizard plumbing and the plumber came the very next day, had no problem removing the screw and fixed the shower in an hour. Maybe he has no experience in fixing showers but I had an awful experience. He wasted a lot of time, he could have just said upfront that he could not fix it.

Hammad lied to me. He broke off a piece of the washout plug and told me it was from my sewer pipe. He said it was so rusty the whole line had to be replaced. Then he said he'd have to do the clean out from the sink. He charged me 4 times the advertised price. Big rip off. Don't use him!

My water heater started leaking yesterday, so I went to yelp to get multiple quotes to have my water heater replaced. Yelp gave me the chance to get quotes from multiple sources, not all of whom replied. Many of the plumbers kept saying that they would get me a quote after coming over and inspecting and then they can do the job right there. It's harder to turn someone down when they're right there and they know that. Hammad gave me an exact quote right away. He got to my house at the time he said he would. He installed the water heater efficiently and explained things in detail to me. Plus, the man is an ex-marine! Thanks Hammad, for a great job and for serving our country!

On August 2018, I called H&M Plumbing to help me identify a water leak next to the washer and dryer. Hammad, the owner of H&M Plumbing called me while he was out of town attending a relatives wedding. I was impressed by this follow-up. He asked me send him photos of the leak and he will stop by after he returns from the wedding. At first I thought the leak was from the newly installed water heater, but after his analysis and feedback from his associate who installed the water heater, the leak was more than likely the pipe behind the wall next to the washer/dryer. Hammad's concern was not just the leak but potential mold. Luckily, he as he tore down part of the wall, there was mold. I gave him the okay to tear down the wall. The growth of the mold was halfway up the side so a process to treat the mold was done. After the mold was killed by the chemical treatment and dried, the leaking pipe was replaced and the torn sheet rock was restored to its original state. What a great relief to have this work done for health and safety.

My house was constructed in the early 1970's and I had not replacement any of the original pipes.

While the remediation work was done to kill the mold and repair the leak, Hammad's crew member spotted a leak from sewer pipes. I thanked him for spotting the leak and set up installation of the galvanized pipes which was completed October 7, 2018.
I am grateful for this work because I will be staying at my house for duration.
