yen n.0/10 would NOT recommend THIS company. They couldn't come out for 4 days after we requested for service. Sure we will wait because we have a home warranty. However when they did come they could not find the ""clean out"" outside. We showed them the clean out inside the house. They stated that was not it. There are no other boxes outside of our house and our neighbors don't have one on the exterior of their house either. After 1 week of waiting and for AHS authorization for them to pull up the toilet to diagnose--AHS denied. However HM provided no further recommendations or advice. They also did not follow up after denial. We called for service from CARR PLUMBING--- and they immediately came out. They were able to go through the clean out that we showed them that was inside the house and were able to diagnose the problem the same day. Had HM listened to us after we showed them where the clean out was instead of rejecting what we already knew we would not have had to stay at a hotel for 7+days and go through the stress of having to deal with an already stressful situation.
Cameo L.I had to have my hot water heater replaced. They came out and had it installed in about an hour!!!
