although i did not use H&M i did like their service. They were the first to provide me with an estimate for a repair that is pretty common. Most other plumbers did not bother to read my request or look at the pictures. H&M was the highest priced of the three estimates I received, but I scheduled them. Because they had to reschedule my appointment as they were running late, I called some more plumbers as a back up plan and was able to get a lower cost and faster service.

I will definatley try H&M again.

I had a major leak in my crawl space, which had been going on for a while. Got the leak fixed, but needed someone to handle all the water in the crawl. The plumber who fixed the leak recommend that I call Maaz, which I did. Maaz showed up the next morning, took a look at the damage and clearly spelled out what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Super friendly, and obviously knew what he was doing. After we agreed on a quote, he set up the area to make sure he didnt mess up the place, and then spent the next few hours hauling away bags and bags of muddy water from the crawl space. He then topped it off with lots of absorbent material. Finally, made sure that he sprayed the area well to not allow any mold to grow in the crawl space. All in all, very professional and pleasant to work with.

This company is truly fantastic, really helped my family and I with a plumbing emergency. We had a fence collapse due to rainfall and that broke a valve in our backyard. Other more local plumbers couldn't make it out to us and we had to turn off the water. We were in luck though when we called H&M. They actually were already booked in our area, but the gentleman I spoke with, Maaz said he'd make it happen and get us serviced. He and his coworker, Usama, personally came to help us, all the way from Union city, I live in Palo Alto area. I was very very pleased with the fact that they took our request for help very seriously and could have easily said ""sorry we can't make it out this evening"", Instead made our problem a priority. And as for the work itself, absolutely topnotch. It did not take them long and got the job done, even though it started raining!! They left the job site looking like nothing had ever happened, beautiful.

All in all this was a very impressive service Maaz and Usama provided and all with a kind, sympathetic manner and smiles, while working in the rain. We are very very thankful for the help H&M Plumbing gave and again can't stress enough that this was incredibly kind of them to travel so far to help us, end of day.

First I would like to start off by saying that Maaz from H&M plumbing was a stand up guy . He arrived early and was very professional. Unfortunately both toilets in my home which are set back to back to each other were not flushing , I had tried a combination of different methods to resolve problem with no success. Within a couple of minutes of assessing the situation Maaz knew what had to be done. He had snaked the drains and had me flushing in no time. H&M is lucky to have this guy, if I am ever in a jam an need a plumber I know who to call !! Thanks again Maaz from H&M plumbing ...

H&M Plumbing Services was at my place with in a hour as he (John) said he would be. John unplugged my line that was cluged. He was here for about 10 to 15 minutes. John even gave me tips on what not to put down the drains. John was very nice and friendly. I would call him again for his services.

We noticed water dripping sound coming from our crawl space. To our surprise we saw puddles of water in our crawl space because of plumbing leak from one of our restrooms and we called H&M plumbing. We were pleasantly surprised at their responsiveness. H&M plumbing did a thorough inspection of the plumbing in the house to determine the cause of the leak, they also did inspection of other pipes and recommended us to do partial re-plumbing not just for restrooms but also for kitchen sink. Considering the seriousness of the issue, we okayed their suggestions/plans. They completed the job in just couple of days, we were very happy with their service, we will definitely reach out to them for our future plumbing needs. I would recommend to our friends.

H&M plumbing performed a major restoration project at our home in Newark, we had a drainage leak from one of our restrooms which caused mold development and puddles in the crawl space. The restoration worked seemed daunting for us and we approached few restoration guys. H&M plumbing seemed the most interested of all and thorough with their skill when we spoke to them over phone, to our surprise they estimated the extent of the issue from my description over the phone and came out with full gear and tools to find out the root cause of the issue in their first visit itself. They were in touch and answering our calls promptly while we were handling the claim with the Home Insurance. Finally when we decided to go with them, they started the work the very day, and completed the work in fewer days than we expected. During the course of the work they were very prompt in updating us the status at the end of each day, after their work they cleaned up the bedroom and the hallway very thoroughly. They offered warranty in their work and am glad that they would follow up if needed. I would definitely recommend H&M plumbing to my friends.

Because I can't give ""0"" stars. I was told pumps were needed to clean water out from under my house. The price was high but I thought ok.... pump and special equipment and special care are expensive. No pumping was done. Only used plastic bags to remove clean water. No sewage water as I was originally told. I should of been refunded some money since the problem wasn't as serve as originally stated. They left the bags of water in my driveway overnight and did a poor job of cleaning the first day. They cleaned the second day because they expected me to hire them for a bigger job. I called someone else. I wasn't paying more money to not get what I was changed for.

My first contact with H&M Plumbing was replacing my two bathroom toilets in the master bedroom and in the main hallway. The two bathrooms share the same wall. An unexpected pipe corrosion broke between the two toilets and required its repair first before installing the new toilets. This occurred in the late afternoon so the water had to be turned off in order to complete the pipe replacement by cutting the wall shared by the two bathrooms. Thanks to H&M's problems solving, my bathroom tile in the main hallway was untouched and the shared wall from the master bedroom was cut and replaced by the sheet rock. The crew worked until completion at 11:00pm. What a relief to experience their skill and professionalism in getting the work done in a timely manner. I have had the installation for almost a year and there are no problems.

Hammad, the owner of H&M Plumbing noticed my main water valve needs replacement which I agreed and he also replaced the front and backyard facets. Little did I know this was just a start of future plumbing jobs because my house built in the 1970's has the original plumbing.


My third contact with H&M plumbing was in Feb 2018. My water heater was leaking and needed replacement. Hammad, the owner of H&M Plumbing was out of town, but one of his associates connected with me and on the same day installed the new water heater. I was pleased with his work and thanked Khan for backing up Hammad.
