H&M was a blessing!!!! I manage a property in Hayward, having no contacts there I was in a bind. I called a few plumbers and the rate to come bid the job was outrageous. I found H& M on yelp, they immediately came out, accessed the issue, bid it out and did the job all in a matter of a couple of days. I hired them again to re-pipe that entire home. They were timely, professional and added a few extra fixes at their cost, which I completely appreciated.

A few weeks later our water heater went out at home. I called Hammad for the replacement. Again, he came out, bid the job and we hired him on the spot. The replacement, work and his attitude are so outstanding we decided to hired him again to replace all the water heaters in our hotel. Being owners of businesses, we understand the complexity of what it takes to run a business. We appreciate his honesty, hard work professionalism and timeliness on all our jobs.

H&M has become our go to Plumber!!!! If you need any plumbing, they are fair, professional, reasonable priced and run an honest business, I highly recommend this company.

We bought a water heater from them about a year ago. First of all at last minute they increased our estimate. We were stuck so we had to get it. They told us about all the warranties, and if something happened they would be here right away. Today we had a minor gas smell. PG&E came to check and said the main T- stat had to be replaced asap. I called this company and texted. I explained the situation and on top of that I told them I had alot of company over and It needed to be replaced right away. He said let me talk to warranty department and would call me back right away. I called about an hour later and was told he was still on line with the warranty people. In the mean time I got someone to come out right away from another company and they fixed it right away. I texted again about 3 hours later, and was told he was still trying to talk to the warranty people. I'm, sorry it doesn't take all day to get thru to warranty. They should know it is covered, because I was told the parts were covered. In the mean time I spent $400 and I was told oh if you ever need anything again, to call them. I don't think so! I would give no stars if I could

This guy runs a very unprofessional business in the beginning he is really nice & all to responding & getting the job done but when it comes time to back up his work he is a true flake he doesn't respond back to calls after so many calls after calls he gave us a window of time which he will show up in between he didn't so we had to go out to run an errand after 30 min he shows up & left a message then we called him back & he said he will reschedule but again another NO SHOW he was NO SHOW so many times it got to a point & very frustrated & had me write this review better to do your research if you are getting something done from him if you ever have any problems again how will his warranty system will work after paying so much money.

So Unprofessional Hammad came to my 95 yr. old grannys home she has a leak, on August 9th. He said what we needed done gave us a quote and schedule to meet with my aunt 3 separate times and never showed up and never gave a reason! Four weeks later I call him told him who I was and he hung up on me or so rude and sooo unprofessional! We called him cause of all the good reviews! If i could give give no stars i would!

Hammad and his team are very communicative and do excellent work. We bought a home and Hammad researched how we could install a waterless water heater using an electrical pump with a sensor to get water to the far bathroom in the house. The sensor has been working great in our master bathroom, and within a couple minutes we have hot water. The bathrooms that are closer to the water heater have hot water almost instantly.

We also hired Hammad's team to fix a dryer installation that the Sears installers botched. They came out and properly installed the new dryer vent.

Hammad is very professional - on time, patiently answering all of our questions, and very responsive. Two of my bathrooms had a pretty bad leak from the toilet and the water somehow busted out in my backyard on a Friday evening. We frantically sent out multiple requests via Yelp on Friday night hoping someone could help us as soon as possible. One of the plumbers canceled our appointment last minute but Hammad showed up. He quickly identified the problem and fix the leak. He's honest and wouldn't suggest things/service that you don't need, which I do appreciate (for instance, he promised that the wax ring in the toilets don't need to be replaced after his assessment). He also offered a 90 day warranty if there's any issue. In summary, Hammad is the reliable plumber that you need when you have plumbing needs.

Hamad called within a minute of requesting for service in Angie's List. He arrived within 30 minutes at 9:00PM. After asking questions, he gave us a couple of options to solve the often clogged kitchen drain. Fortunately, the auger has taken care of the problem and no need for a hydroblast. He also suggested to use enzyme to keep the drain pipes clean and provided a full size sample. He's very pleasant and professional. I will have no problem calling him again for service.
