I called at 4:43 in the afternoon because my tenant's toilet was clogged. H&M came out at 7 PM and the problem was fixed by 8 PM. All for a very reasonable price. Excellent service!

We started to work with John recently for the following jobs:

1) the main valve in the front of the house was difficult to reach and below the soil. John rearranged the pipes and added an easy to turn valve for easy access. Wonderful job! Five of five stars!

2) the shower faucet (Delta from 2001) failed and I was unable to get replacement parts. After purchasing new shower faucets, John came over with his tile man and a few employees. Within a few hours, they were able to break down the tiles, replace the old valves and faucets, and seal it up again. John did an awesome job with his tile man! It's as if it was there all along. Five of five stars!

3) we wanted to change the kitchen faucet with a new one. No problem. John replaced it within a half an hour. Perfect job! Five of five stars.

Every job he and his staff has done was achieved with the utmost kindness, respect, and cleanliness. John is really knowledgeable and hard-working. I will definitely hire him again. Thank you, John and staff!

They responded to my yelp request within 10 min.
The job was completed in a timely fashion. (Clogged drain from washer going under the house from back of house to front.)
He gave a recommendation as to how to clear the clog (high pressure water). I told him our pipes are old and asked if this may damage them. He said it might so he used a snake, so I appreciated that he took the time to discuss options.
It would seem the price was average. I got a similar quote from another company.
He followed covid guidelines by wearing a mask.

There was a misunderstanding regarding how to communicate my address for the job and consequently it delayed when it was done and unfortunate consequences for me. However, when I expressed disappointment, the owner contacted me without delay, was very apologetic and offered a discount that was generous.

This company is very customer service oriented and they want do everything in their power to make sure their clients are happy.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Launching fireworks on Independence Day, and I discovered a little-used outdoor valve that had been leaking for some time (no wonder that part of the garden was so green!). Anyway, one call to H&M got me the appointment slot that worked best for me. One small hiccup before arrival was promptly handled, and the work was done quickly and for the absolute lowest price possible. We won't hesitate to call H&M for any future plumbing issues - and you shouldn't either!

I have used this company twice. Once during an emergency toilet issue, on the second floor with water leaking from recessed lighting on first floor. They responded immediately. I had had another company out and they didn't fix the issue completely. The owner is so nice and very knowledgeable. In the business for 40 years. An expert. I also called them for routine maitence on water heater and dishwasher instillation. Everything was completed expeditiously and professionally. Fair pricing.

John is the man, his son is cool too. I called to have a new gas line installed. I was skeptical because of the low price but I was so happy with his service I ended up using him for all my plumbing repairs:

2 new toilet sleeves
new waterline for double vanity
new waterline for washer
new gas fittings for furnace and water heater
Replumbed kitchen sink and diahwasher

He even brought over 3 guys to help install my 48inch stove and he connected me with a glass shower door installer and another guy to install 10 new doors and a tile guy. Very happy with the outcome. Its too bad I am out of repaires. He is my go to guy.

I had a very backed up drain in my shower and called at 6:15 in the morning on a Wednesday. John answered right away and told me he could come out at 10:00 that morning. In the meantime, we were able to snake the drain and clear the clog. I called to cancel just 45 minutes before John was scheduled to show up and was nervous about what I would be charged for the last minute cancellation, but also understood and was willing to cover whatever that fee might be. John was incredibly gracious, said there would no charge at all, and was just happy our plumbing issue was solved. In a world that is increasingly concerned with making a quick buck, what a refreshing change! He is genuine, down to earth, and clearly cares about his customers - not just putting money in his wallet. He obviously knows how to acquire lifetime customers - and he just got another one. H & M is saved in my contacts for all my future plumbing needs, and I've already passed along my great experience to friends and coworkers. Keep up the great work John- your kindness and professionalism is so appreciated!
