So tonight my water heater decided to spew water all over my garage and flood my street! I called HITT and they literally had someone get here within 10 min (which I feel very lucky) Sal was super helpful and was very kind even though he was on his way home from work and stopped for my emergency. He fixed my water heater problem and now we can all have hot showers and a garage without water damage! Thank you guys so much for being there for me when I was in a complete panic!

Was outback chopping wood for this short winter, when I noticed drain water coming from just above the house foundation below a drain clean out. After checking inside for signs of leakage, which I was grateful there was none, I identified the leak is only while the sink and dishwasher are draining. After speaking with Chad, I notified my homeowners insurance for advice and also as a just in case scenario. Brad arrived for the diagnosis part and confirmed the location and source of the leak. He nailed the location as the sanitary tee fitting, through the wall. I arranged an appointment, the crew arrived promptly, cut the stucco, found the location of the leak and completed the plumbing repairs. The stucco repair followed a couple of days later, he also arrived promptly and made the hole disappear. The whole job was completed under the estimate and we're completely satisfied with the prompt professional service from the folks at Hitt and the subcontractor Phil Ferguson plastering.

Came to fix a water leak and after 2 hours of fixing the leak said he needed to check one more thing which I paid for 2 hours of labor and it was nothing. Very expensive business.

What a great plumbing company! Called a few places, Hitt offered the best price and the best service. Sal did an amazing job replacing our water heater and even managed to do it in the allotted time saving me money (it was not a typical install). I wouldn't hesitate calling them again or referring them to anyone who needed plumbing work done, especially if they sent Sal out again.

I called Hitt Plumbing to replace a water heater, they gave me a good price. I made an appointment to have the work done. I checked with other companies and was told that Apple Valley requires a permit to replace a water heater. I called back to ask Hitt if they had planned on pulling a permit and they told me that I didn't need to have one and that they never bother with that. According to Apple Valley a permit must be required to replace a water heater. So what's wrong with this outside of just the major deception that they offer you up front, if anything went wrong with the installation and or water heater and your insurance company ask you for your permit what would you be able to give them. Also they want to charge you a 2% credit card fee. Shame on Hitt Plumbing for this type of deceptive business practices, very shameful for a company that has been in Apple Valley before we even had pave roads.

I used Hitt Plumbing during a remodel of my master shower. The plumber was nice enough but the job was sloppy. The shower head was crooked which I fixed my self. When I got the charge for the services I noticed that the parts charge was excessive. $192 for $52 of what would be retail at Home Depot or Lowes. I called to find out if this was normal practice for them and was told someone would call me back. I never received a call. I will not recommend them or use them in the future.

Hitt Plumbing is THE best plumbing company up here in the high desert. After suffering a complete disaster with another plumber, we were in desperate need of a ""good"" one this time, so we called Hitt and they are amazing! They were able to send out a guy that same day. Wow! customer service, especially in the high desert...unheard of. Robert came out and it turns out, he was the same guy that did the plumbing ""fix"" on our kitchen sink a year ago (which we completely forgot about but with any renovation job, your mind kind of goes out a window). Robert is so friendly and professional and such a pleasure to work with. Not only is he an excellent plumber that really knows what he is doing, he gave us a very fair price, even when we added on a job at the last minute. We were amazed that he actually had the parts he needed to complete our job, but the additional one we gave him as well. Everyone else makes a trip to Home Depot either on their way to our home, or they call us from the store to ask what we need....really? We will ONLY call Hitt Plumbing from now on, and will never go with any other plumbing company and, if we can, we'll ask for Robert since he is such a pleasure to work with,

Don't waste your time calling around, trust me, just call Hitt and don't go through the suffering of finding out just how many ""plumbers"" up here don't even know what they're doing.

After getting a few quotes to redo the plumbing in my kitchen I decided to hire Hitt plumbing to do the job.
They showed up and completely re did all my plumbing under my sink and installed a new facuet. When they finished the job, the plumbing was ran in a more efficient way and freed up space underneath my sink.
As far as pricing they came in, at what I feel was fair pricing. They were not the lowest but they definitely were not the highest.
I would definitely recommend them for plumbing needs.

Because Hitt did such a great job with replacing my toilet for a very fair price, I knew they would be the company to call when I was having leaks on my floor. I thought it might be a slab leak - very costly I know. Well, Robert came out and found the source of my leak and fixed it. It was my refrigerator. The filter had not been replaced for 13 years (my father who usually took care of these things - his house - had Alzheimer's the last years of his life). I was so grateful to Robert. And I could not believe how reasonable the final cost was. Very fair. Very efficient. And a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Hitt!
