Had a leak in my pressure regulator valve. Called to have them come out and they were on their way within 20 minutes! Branden was very friendly and knows what he is doing. Didn't just replace the leaking piece, he upgraded both it and the nearby shutoff valve and anchored everything in place. They may not be the lowest price, but I doubt they are the highest either. Price is quoted before work begins and there were no changes after the job was done. And they are quick to respond and leave the area in better condition than before the trouble started. We will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends.

Our Hot water heater was needing to be upgraded so I called David of His Plumber. Knowing it was going to be a tight fit, I called and conveyed the space issue with Hannah in the office. She had David call me directly. I sent him photos, we discussed the time involved, and he sent me an accurate quote. Caleb came out just a couple days later and installed the new hot water heater. He also went above and beyond by updating the supports with new two by fours to ensure everything was perfectly level and supported. Quality and customer service have always been top notch. I bought an ice machine for $420 off Amazon that I needed installed. I called HIS plumbing to install this ice machine and they ended up charging me $539 for the installation. The ice machine itself cost me $429. This transaction was totally upside down, I resent companies portraying themselves as Christian and then doing this.

RUNAWAY. His employees caused two gas leaks. They did not report the first leak and tried to cover the main gas line with plumbing pipes and electrical tape. The second leak was their employees didn't installed the regulator correctly. David then tried to bill me an additional $425 and said it was for inspection fees. I don't believe this. I think this was the repair bill that ATL Gas Light sent him for one of the leaks.

Most recently had these guys replace our water heater w/tankless. We've found this is def. the best contractor to use for newer technology & making the venting & appearance of the system look top notch, besides. Esp. happy w/how they improved shutoffs & other finishing details. Office consistently good to work with, too. (have lived here 30+ yrs, so we have strong grounds for comparison)

In a time when so many things are happening and people are losing their lives, livelihood, and are just scared we have to trust people to do what they promise they will do. I am an educator and my husband is an educator. If you come to us with questions pertaining to education then we can help you. I am not a plumber. I therefore have to trust that when I hire someone to come and fix a plumbing issue and they charge me upwards of $500, they must know what they are doing. What I will not and do not accept in any form is when this same company comes out, does not fix the issue, and changes the invoice to try and hide the fact that when they say they fixed the issue what they meant to say is they did not. After all--I have the original invoice. Is this how we glorify HIS name? Fraudulent practices? We will settle this amicably or in magistrate court but it will be settled. Take your business elsewhere. They are not what they claim.

We had a bathroom pipe break on a Friday afternoon and HIS Plumber was able to fix the problem and get our water back on in just a couple hours once called. Excellent professional service.
