RUNAWAY. His employees caused two gas leaks. They did not report the first leak and tried to cover the main gas line with plumbing pipes and electrical tape. The second leak was their employees didn't installed the regulator correctly. David then tried to bill me an additional $425 and said it was for inspection fees. I don't believe this. I think this was the repair bill that ATL Gas Light sent him for one of the leaks.

Most recently had these guys replace our water heater w/tankless. We've found this is def. the best contractor to use for newer technology & making the venting & appearance of the system look top notch, besides. Esp. happy w/how they improved shutoffs & other finishing details. Office consistently good to work with, too. (have lived here 30+ yrs, so we have strong grounds for comparison)

Had a major leak in my yard, Caleb and his partner (didn't catch his name) showed on time, diagnosed the problem right away and were nothing but helpful and courteous from then on. Good to know this business is around to reach out to.

In a time when so many things are happening and people are losing their lives, livelihood, and are just scared we have to trust people to do what they promise they will do. I am an educator and my husband is an educator. If you come to us with questions pertaining to education then we can help you. I am not a plumber. I therefore have to trust that when I hire someone to come and fix a plumbing issue and they charge me upwards of $500, they must know what they are doing. What I will not and do not accept in any form is when this same company comes out, does not fix the issue, and changes the invoice to try and hide the fact that when they say they fixed the issue what they meant to say is they did not. After all--I have the original invoice. Is this how we glorify HIS name? Fraudulent practices? We will settle this amicably or in magistrate court but it will be settled. Take your business elsewhere. They are not what they claim.

We had a bathroom pipe break on a Friday afternoon and HIS Plumber was able to fix the problem and get our water back on in just a couple hours once called. Excellent professional service.

Very bad service from them today. Water heater they installed in March of 2020 quit working Christmas Eve (2 days ago). I waited and called this morning Dec 26th for a service and was told by their answering service that someone would get back to me soon with an update after confirming I would pay their $300 after hours charges. Well 7 hours and after multiple calls to them still crickets. They obviously are choosing not to work on the Holiday weekend but should have enough respect to say so or not have their answering service even answer. Very disappointed at their lack of care or concern for other peoples time. Finally, they are higher priced than most of their competitors and after the way I got treated today. I will never use them again.

We had a blocked sewer main - suspected roots? Caleb came out the same day, took special care with my home, and had great customer service while sharing his expertise - and he had things working within a couple of hours. Caleb and HIS Plumber were great!

Fantastic and trustworthy.. had a sewage line leak, came out the same day. Although they were unable to clear the clog (more on that later) they advised us to contact the city as it might be their responsibility. Turns out, they were correct. The sewage line had actually collapsed and the city has agreed to replace the pipe. They saved us a few thousand dollars by being honest and trustworthy. I will definitely use them again is for all of our plumbing needs.
