Had Herb and Brandon out today to replace a toilet and faucet. I was thrilled that they had time to go to their supplier and pick out toilet and faucet and come back and install it!!
Then when the water was being turned on a leak under the sink into the basement became evident. That was fixed too!! So pleased and highly recommend.

Hirschberg charged us an astounding $144 to change a toilet flapper, something I've done on my own numerous times. We called them because our toilet would occasionally flush on its own and they said they'd charge a minimum of $79 for the service call. They came out and said there was nothing serious but our flapper needed replaced, so they did that and then charged us another $65 (over and above the $79) for that simple repair. We definitely would never use them again.
