I went to four different name-brand stores, and none of them even knew what part I needed. It was beyond frustrating. Then I went to Hirsch, and they immediately knew exactly what I was looking for and had it in stock. Their customer service was outstanding, and they even gave my 4-year-old son a hat. He loves it so much that he's been wearing it everywhere--even on our Disney trip! Hirsch has definitely earned my business!

John has been here ages and it shows (in only the best way possible) he is knowledgeable without being bullish. Just an amazing example of old fashioned plumbing wisdom in the supply house. I am a 78 year old widow living in Sherman Oaks, Ca. I have been working for 49 days to replace a 20 year old Flushmate toilet tank. The remaining challenge was to replace the tank to bowl gasket, which the company reports is discontinued. I despaired of ever getting the repair completed. On the third referral I connected with John Herrera, manager of Hirsch Pipe and Supply in Redlands. We had several telephone contacts while he searched stock in multiple ways and locations. He eventually found one with the extra long bolts for installation. I drove 68 miles to pick it up. John couldn't have been more supportive and accommodating, prompt and accurate to meet my need. You rarely find plumbing supplies that feel ""old school"". You know the type of place where you walk in, tell them what you need, or what you need to do and they just go get it. No ""what's this?"", ""Let me call Carl, he knows this dept. better than I do"",or ""I don't have that, but I think this will work"" like many of the big box stores. If I need tools or lumber I'll hit up the big box store. If I need the right part the first time, I go here. Everyone is as pleasant and patient as can be and will offer insights if needed. Go here for your plumbing needs. Period.

I first needed a tankless water heater and was referred to Hirsch by the tankless company. Not only were the prices the best, they had it in stock and next day delivery. Manny E was so very helpful and knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I priced the Toto toilet s d here again was not disappointed. The price was the best as BBC d the Manager John was so kind and helpful, explaining g the different models and functions. I was able to pay online and the toilet was delivered the next day.
