WILL NO LONGER REFER CLIENTS! We purchased a water heater from Hirsch Pipe & Supply Co. in October. Once it was installed in only ran for a bit before it burned up. We went back to Hirsch with it and they said we can't return it because it was used.. uh duh... How would we know it's faulty if we don't use it? They wanted us to re-install it and then they will send a plumber to look at it. It's BURNED we can see what is wrong! They have given us the runaround they sent us to the manufacturer which is not helpful since they are NOT local. If I don't get this resolved ASAP I'm going directly to the top to until this matter is resolved! It's ridiculous. We weren't even looking for your money back we just needed a replacement water heater. Your customer service is a JOKE we will no longer refer any of our customers to them.

Hirsch Pipe supply is the bomb. They care about their plumbers and go out of their way to help make are jobs easier. The San Marcos location is my favorite. Drew and his team rock. Drew goes out of his way to to make my plumbers lives easier. I can't thank Hirsch pipe enough for the service they provide.

This business treated me horribly.
I bought a small tool which broke upon the very first try.
I took it back for refund. They gave me a runaround, asking me stupid questions just to shake me off.
They only relented after I raised my cane. They acted with complete indifference.
I had been a very good customer for over 10 years.
I'll never shop there ever ever again.

Wonderful working with Palomar plumbing and Nathan my hot water heater went out I thought I could fix it big mistake I decided to call Nathan he help me to take care of the situation the heater was under warranty got it replaced thanks to Hirsch Plumbin. All I can say is thank you both. We also use Palomar Plumbing with WASH Multi Family Laundry System for drain and Sewer cleaning excellent service

I phoned with a question about a toilet part. The sales associate took under 15 seconds to talk me through finding the information we needed, then made me laugh on top of the bargain. Additionally, the quoted price is about 2/3 what it's listed for online. Winner!

I'm a fairly busy handyman, so this degree of good service and useful knowledge can make a huge difference in my productivity (and happiness). This place is now my first call for related supplies. Thanks!

Went into this place to discuss a project with someone....I just hovered at the counter for probably 10 minutes while two employees (roughly 7 feet away) refused to look at me or acknowledge my existence. I tried to approach a couple times and they actually walked away...snubbed. Perhaps I wasn't cool enough...Weird people.

I called this place for an air gap on a Saturday. We just had our kitchen remodeled and replaced our countertop with granite. When my husband was about to install the new faucet and air gap for the garbage disposal, he noticed that he didn't have enough threading on the old air gap and needed a bigger/longer one. I called this place and they were very nice to sell me one and it worked!! Thank you so much for your great customer service!
