if you're looking for a good pipe supplier looking no further than Trevor Mordecai three fingers Johnson. hunge like a parakeet he is. that dusty old curmudgeon of a branch manager Efrain really ties the room together (occasionally). pardon his George Clooney like hair and his pinwheel hat to accompany his excellent and professional breathe. if you are a big man you will pass your sales onto Danny ""the replacement"" Gomez who can even tame Mordecai's shrewd ways. Anthony is the only ""snailsman"" with half a brain about the FIP section in the supply house. overall this location is a C minus or D+ if Mordecai is getting some from the higher ups

Yeah I understand some of the challenges some customers have reported but for me it's really about Trevor as long as you are able to work with him he knows how to take care of you.

We have visited this location on a few occasions and always recall why we don't prefer to go to this location versus the others. Every single time they are either short staffed or move at the pace of drunken sloths. It took them over 30 minutes to fulfill a simple two item order. Time is money in plumbing and this location does not value our time. In the future, we will chose to drive further in order to receive competent service.

Hirsch is great although every time I order parts the workers mess around too much. They pick up the phones and they are on the phones with other customers while they are working on the order for me. I hate coming here because, they take forever. I wanna run in order my parts expect them to do the same with me then run out. One person needs to answer phones and the other needs to help the people at the desk. Also I hate when I hearing you got to go to hirsch. I say oh gosh THEY TAKE FOREVER!!

I was in need of a 100 gal hot water heater and they had it in stock at a very fair price! They had it onsite in 2 hours!! I was able to get it installed and the water back on that night for 4 units making 4 family much happier. They saved me thousands.

This place is the best. We have TOTO toilets and needed a specific part that needed to be replaced. This was the only place that carries the part we needed. I walked in at closing and they didn't turn me away. I really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of both employees. Trevor was AWESOME!!!!!! You are the best! Thank you for helping me! Highly recommend!!

Its an Ok Plumbing store . Not as good as Ferguson Xpress in Costa Mesa . Altho Hirsch has great service and prices . They dont have enough parking . At Ferguson Xpress there is plenty of parking and its kept clean so you dont get a flat tire and they will take your old boiler and dispose of it correctly . In all and all I trust both plumbing stores
