Came in thru an open side door. Went to the counter with a mask on. Everyone in the store had no mask. 2 signs in open view stating masks required. A hand-written sign said something about the ""BS"" lockdown. Look, I get it. I literally hate the masks as well, but if you don't like masks, take down the sign at least in protest. I stood there waiting at least 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me. I made eye contact with at least 4 employees but they gave zero f's. Turned to leave and someone of importance said ""you came in thru the wrong door; there's people who can help you over there"" or something to that effect. I don't him I was going to Thompson's. Customer service - 0. Covid compliance - 0. Number of employees who give a sh*t - 5.

First time here and pretty new to the plumbing aspect of my business. These guys were not only helpful, but quick too! I brought some pieces I needed for my leaking faucet, they looked at it, educated me a bit, and then went back and got the part I needed. Friendly service and very knowledgable. Fast service! Have everything you need when it comes to Plumbing! Sell Gerber toilets and Toto, My favorites! They also sell SDR 17! Employees very friendly. Great pricing, I specially like their sales deals advertised on a white marker board they have up front. Very helpful. Always had a good experience, and they even got me what I needed even when I walked in at closing time, twice!, without any complaints or grunts. GREAT JOB GUYS. Thank you!

My dad was there to buy a toilet for our restaurant. Said the workers were very rude and felt disrespected especially cause his English isn't very good. No customers should ever feel that way because of their race, size etc. He also hurt his back loading it onto his SUV. It would've been nice for them to help load, but I guess customer service isn't one of their forte.

These guys are awesome. The control valve on my water heater went out, and no one could seem to find a replacement. I called or went to Grainger, Ferguson and a dozen other companies. Nothing. Just two different ones that were supposed to be replacements, but didn't fit. And prices up to $300, and/or wait times of up to two weeks. A friend referred me here. One phone call and in two minutes the verdict was in--There's a replacement, and we have it in stock. Drove down and $150 later I had it in my hand. Right part, right price, and I'm a hero because my wife has hot water again. Win-win-win!

Some pipe supply houses claim they have everything you need however when you show up to pick up your parts you find out they don't have it. Hirsch has it isn't just a slogan its fact. The manager Tony and his staff are great at providing you what you need when you need it at a price that won't break the bank. Thanks Tony, John, Tom, drew, Steve and all the other staff.

No stars check it out time is money, I don't want to socialize when I come in to buy, I don't want to wait at the counter for half an hour then another half hour to get checked out. You burn 45 minutes to an hour of my time only to be told you have half of what I need. If I pull my own parts to save time you ask why I'm picking my own parts, wtf? Home depot is quicker than waiting for Lilly gagging employees
