They sold me defective products. I couldn't use it so I returned it but the seller did not accept it. They are the seller but the product is not good but they have no responsibility.

They may not sell some things to you if you don't have an account with them. If you have any type of business they'll set one up for you, though. They cater to pros so if you don't speak the language they'll know. Many places are like this, so don't blame them. There's a huge inventory storage as well so they need to keep their main customers happy

Probably good for contractors, not good for homeowners. Large preference for contractors, which I can understand as a lot of trade supply stores will give discounts to contractors, which is good. But I called inquiring about a product and asked if they sold it to the public and they said they did. I went down the next business day only to have them tell me they wouldn't sell any to non-contractors due to low supply. They noted other similar items they would sell to me because they had plenty in stock though. They pointed to a note about limiting quantities sold based on supply but in this case the quantity they were willing to sell was zero because I wasn't a contractor, despite telling me they sold this specific product to the public over the phone. They said if I returned with a contractor or had a contractor buy for me they would sell. I wouldn't mind as much if they were just upfront about it over the phone when I called. They told me other places also wouldn't sell to me since its a company wide policy. This wasn't true. I ended up going to another Hirsch same day and was able to purchase it no problem.

Everything a supply house should be! Friendly, fast, knowledgable and well stocked. The staff always makes you feel welcome whether it is your first time or you have been coming there for years. Deep knowledge base, they answer your questions and get the material to you fast. An example of how to do it. Great Job guys.

Loved that they have a great selection of plumbing/unique things that you won't find anywhere else,and for some stuff that you find at other places their prices are so much more affordable,like 30% off compared to other plumbing stores! definitely will be coming by again!

They seemed busy but didnt push me away. They gave me good advice and even some models to check out. Extremely helpful. Even though they were busy they made me feel like they actually take time and care for each customer individually.

Can't say enough great things about my experience with Hirsch, and especially Dave. All the guys at the counter seem helpful, but Dave really went out of his way; researching a Toto replacement part for me, even helping me to figure out how to install it correctly. Really impressive service and customer support. Definitely ask for Dave! Great bunch of guys!

Dave was so nice and very helpful when I called looking for a new stainless steel laundry basin sink. He took my information, called his suppliers for me and then called back right away with my options. What great customer service!
