Completely rude. Went to exchange a wrong size pan for my water heater that they originally gave to me. Would only give me a cruddy and ruined replacement. They are bullies. Dodgy and wouldn't trust them. Take your business elsewhere.

This is the most inconsiderate bully of a business. They think they own the alley which is public property and that they can use it as an extension of their yard. Many times I've had to swerve or brake fast because one of their oversized vehicles being driven by the idiots who work there has come barreling out directly in my path without so much as looking. Today they had a huge delivery truck blocking the ingress and egress whilst they off loaded pallets in the middle of the street. I waited patiently knowing they saw me then being ignored I honked. The driver told me ""fuck you I'm not moving.""
That's the kind of attitude Hirsch Plumbing shows it's neighbors and the general public. Never would I give them my business. You shouldn't either. You deserve better than this sort of treatment.

On Jan 15th 2018, I walked into this plumbing supplier for the first time in Long Beach on Anaheim Street. I was being waited on after some confusion on the correct valve to buy for an older Kohler Alterna tub/shower valve cartridge replacement. The attendant was not too customer service oriented. For instance when I asked him if the new cartridge would fit inside the older fitting that I brought with me, he said that I would have to get a plumber to help me. I then pushed backed and said that I am a homeowner and already called a plumber to come out who told me they no longer have parts for this product which I knew was untrue. I finally decided to buy the valves and was charged an outrageous price of $24.44 on a valve that Kohler list on their web site for $16.00 (retail price). I called back today, and I was told by Johnathan that there was nothing he could do. That is the price in the system and you are a new walk in customer and that is your price. What a poor way to treat a new customer. Predatory Pricing. I am amazed that a company that clearly has been in business for years would have such a poor customer service posture. I am a senior citizen, a retired General Contractor, and this is HOW a reputable company treats its new customer. Perhaps my posting will help this company reevaluate how they chose to treat the next new customer that walks in. The two stars is for giving me the right part that works after installation which I am thankful for.

My husband had a great service today by Michael and Johnny. They helped load 4 toilets in his van. Michael asked him if he wanted help and proceeded to take great care of the loading for him. The guys there are nice and friendly.

I would check prices for things like takagi tankless water heaters and grundfos recirculater pumps. You can find exact match for $424 less on Amazon. Don't buy from this company unless you want to pay more.
