I purchased a condensation plan from Mr. Steam a year ago. At the time Hirsch Pipe And Supply did not do the returns because of Covid restrictions. I brought it back a year later but the credit card that I used was no longer valid as there was fraudulent activity from another hacker. Robert the manager instead of giving me a store credit asked for another credit card and he gave me credit on that credit card which was amazing. These guys really stick to their word and our customer oriented I highly recommend them!

I just wanted to say everyone at Hirsch Pipe and Supply store is very nice and helpful. My Bradford White electric water heater heating element broke and I needed one as soon as possible. John took my order over the phone and he said he'll have it for me to pick up tomorrow. Other places were so difficult taking my order. Thanks John!

Pros only.... how ridiculous to turn away a consumer who needs a simple fitting, not found at the box store, only because you require a $25 minimum? cash buyer?

Don't you think it better to help a customer get what they need and leave happy than to deny a sale because of a minimum purchase requirement and have them leave pissed for having driven 5 miles out of the way and tell anybody who will listen not to do business with you???

Love these guys.... John and Ozzie are both awesome, super helpful, and extremely knowledgeable guys. They've helped me out a few times with issues at work (I work at a local plumbing and heating company) and with referrals. They have great incentive programs....and good bbq sauce too! Thanks guys
