I had a gardener come and do some work and they hit the faucet on the wall which broke the pipe that leads out to the main. (The pipe was already corroded). I had called at least 8 other plumbers. 2 plumbers came out and said they couldn't do the work till Wednesday. It was explained to me that it was a holiday weekend and they had skeleton crews. They said no way could they get to it any earlier. The City of Lakewood came out and turned the water main off. I had no water.

I called Hire-me plumbing and they said they would be out in about an hour. They looked at it and said, ""You need your water"". They quoted me a good price and said they would work on it right then and there. They communicated well, and they worked efficiently. They were polite and not rude. They really were concerned that I needed my water and were able to get me up and running tonight. I so appreciate their hard work and their efficiency. I would have been without water for 5 days if had not been for them. They know their stuff and have been in the business for 28 years. I am grateful they answered the call and came out when they did. I will be using them from now. If you need a great plumber who has values and ethics give these guys a call. :) You wont regret it! They will take care of you.

Called over the weekend, didn't think it was an emergency situation. Mark scheduled with me for Monday, thankfully I was able to have someone at the house. Mark and Jake communicated with me and told me what was wrong, they worked efficiently and solved all of our problems. A friend referred me to Hire Me Plumbing since I'm new to the neighborhood. I called to arrange for a next day appointment. Mark was friendly and professional when he arrived to my house. I just needed a leaky shower faucet to be fixed and a new shower head installed. He had the part needed for repairing the leak and took care of everything in a short amount of time. I will call again if I need a good plumber.

I've had Mark, Dan and Jake out to my house and rental several times, always do a good job. they installed a Takagi tankless water heater for me with additional water pressure gauge, filter and clean out valves, very professional install. Also Mark went to my brother's house who is a deaf mute and was very patient and understanding with him on a problem drain after a new washing machine backed it up. Good guys, ethical and experienced, also local and family owned.

Quick service in the Lakewood area and very reasonable priced since it was the 4th of July. Did not suggest anything else like most plumbers do. I plan to use him from now on.

Had a water heater issue, no spark. Called a plumber that was recommended that did not show or return calls for 2 days. Looked on Yelp and called Mark. He promised 20 minutes and was there in 20 minutes. Diagnosed problem, took everything apart, had part on truck, reinstalled, and it fired right up. Then the best part. He was still not happy and suggested another part be replaced under warranty. I'll call company Monday and he will come back and have me as good as new.
He did not take my money and run, but waited to make sure everything continued to work. He also, promised to return if issues happened again. He truly was a nice man and cared. I'll use him again and recommend him highly.

Water heater started to leak. Called Hire-Me, spoke to Mark and came in within 20 minutes. The problem was the heater was already done for. Called a couple of plumbers for estimates but Hire-Me's price was the best. Set up the appointment and the job was done within 1.5 hours. Very professional and the job was very clean. Mark and Dan worked very well together; always communicating in a respectful manner. Showed me how to operate the new unit. Will be using them for any plumbing needs.

My water heater pilot was not working. I need a new pilot assembly for my water heater, and since my water heater was still under warranty I got the replacement part from the manufacture, but I needed someone to install it. I called Hire-ME Plumbing and they came to my house less then an hour from calling them and installed my new pilot assembly for me for a nice fair rate. Thank you.
