Had a water heater issue, no spark. Called a plumber that was recommended that did not show or return calls for 2 days. Looked on Yelp and called Mark. He promised 20 minutes and was there in 20 minutes. Diagnosed problem, took everything apart, had part on truck, reinstalled, and it fired right up. Then the best part. He was still not happy and suggested another part be replaced under warranty. I'll call company Monday and he will come back and have me as good as new.
He did not take my money and run, but waited to make sure everything continued to work. He also, promised to return if issues happened again. He truly was a nice man and cared. I'll use him again and recommend him highly.

Water heater started to leak. Called Hire-Me, spoke to Mark and came in within 20 minutes. The problem was the heater was already done for. Called a couple of plumbers for estimates but Hire-Me's price was the best. Set up the appointment and the job was done within 1.5 hours. Very professional and the job was very clean. Mark and Dan worked very well together; always communicating in a respectful manner. Showed me how to operate the new unit. Will be using them for any plumbing needs.

My water heater pilot was not working. I need a new pilot assembly for my water heater, and since my water heater was still under warranty I got the replacement part from the manufacture, but I needed someone to install it. I called Hire-ME Plumbing and they came to my house less then an hour from calling them and installed my new pilot assembly for me for a nice fair rate. Thank you.

Had a water heater leak and Jake and Dan were out quicker than expected. They worked as a great, knowledgable team and found a cost-effective way to fix the problem. They even had time to fix two other problems I had, again much less expensively than I had imagined. They make it look easy.

I had a water heater which decided to stop heating so I called Hire-Me. I was half expecting to set an appointment for a day or two later, but Jake came out within hours. The problem was diagnosed and dealt with efficiently. Unfortunately, the part which needed replacing was barely five months out of warranty. Oh well! Just glad to have had a quick and painless resolution.

We had to move a washer and dryer from the garage to small nook, we had several groups come in and give us quotes up into the thousands of dollars, siting new trap doors for assess, and so on. Wow, these quotes just seem so high to just move some water pipes, gas and drain, sigh. Then we found Hire Me Plumbing, thank goodness. We met with Mark and Jake, they knew much of the layout of the house based on their knowledge of Lakewood construction and based on that gave us a quote that was 3/4s less. They started work the next week, everything went as they had planned and they even found that our diverter for our heater was rusted out and leaking gas into our home (yikes), which they offer to fix for us at a reasonable cost. Jake and Daniel were very personable, left our home clean and tidy after the project was done. The quality of their work was very precise, organized and just professionally crafted. I had the best experience with Mark, Jake and Daniel. From the initial call with their receptionist to the quick and efficient installation, I was blown away by the team. Mark came out to give me a quote for replacing my water heater. I had multiple companies come out, including the plumber my home warranty company sent, and was completely put off by these other companies as they were charging me 6X the amount as Hire Me Plumbing for random ""code"" fixes. Mark was straightforward and honest with his quote and didn't pressure me to move forward. When I decided to choose them, I called back and Mark's sons were at my door within 20 minutes removing the old water heater and prepping for the new one. It took them a couple hours to install the water heater and then they took the time to explain how it works and what do to do if the pilot light goes out. They were even extra cautious to avoid ruining my recently planted succulents that were right in front of the heater. I couldn't be happier with the result and will be a loyal customer for life!

I was very happy with this service. The two men who showed up where clean and professional. They gave me an estimate and advised of potential increase if the pipes didn't line up. But still was a reasonable rate for the work. These guys were friendly,fast, clean and efficient. They explained and demonstrated use and warranty. Very happy I called and used this morning
