We had a leak from our upstairs powder room that leaked into the garage, so I called Hips Plumbing based on their great Yelp reviews and they were excellent. They responded very quick and found the problem right away and gave me a very fair estimate. Also, because the house is 12years old I was concerned about the other faucets and the builders quality plastic shut off valves, so I decided to have them install all new faucets and shut off valves, as well as the three toilet shut off valves and install stainless steel flex hoses. They also recommended several faucet manufacturers that would last the longest because some of the cheap ones don't hold up against our Las Vegas water. They showed up early and had three plumbers, one of them his son, maybe an apprentice and he was responsible for removing all of the old faucets and shut off valves, several were very difficult to remove. The team did an outstanding job and completed the work an hour early, including exceptional cleanup. We will only use Hips Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone requiring superior plumbing services at a very fair price.

I know why they get five star reviews. If you are looking for a great plumber, you have found them. These guys are fantastic, especially Tyler. They answered my call, gave me a time estimate and were here on time. They assessed the problem and gave me options. They were neat, clean and did a fantastic job. The price was reasonable and lower than others would have charged. This was a stressful problem that Tyler made better. I cannot say enough about them. They have me as a customer for life.

My water heater was leaking and went through my ceiling. I called Hips and they came out to my house within the hour. Their employees are kind, professional, efficient and honest. It was so nice to have a trustworthy company come out and do a great job. It was a super stressful event for me, but Hips made it much less stressful. The owner Hipolito is responsive and explained everything to me very thoroughly. I will definitely be using Hips again for any of my plumbing needs.
