I call this hips plumbing around June 23, 2020 11:00am and hips Hernandez said that he was able to come around 12:00pm. Actually he came early. He gave me a free estimate. To make story short I let him fixed my water line that it was made of plastic PVC and replaced with a new copper line. Hips hernandez did a great job. He knows what to do. He was straight to the point and give you a reasonable price with 2 years warranty. May god bless this plumber so that he could serve more people in las vegas Nevada. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Discovered a significant water leak outside the home at around 7pm. Shut the main water valve at the street and called Hip's Plumbing. Hipolito came personally to check it out immediately. Discovered the main irrigation pipe had a crack at the joint with the pressure vacuum breaker. As the irrigation system was fairly new, he said it should still be under warranty. He showed me how our home was built with two water cut off valves in the garage, one for the main house and one for the irrigation system. So he shut off the irrigation valve while still allowing water to the home. I called the irrigation company and they came the next day to fix the problem under warranty. Here's the exceptional part, Hipolito did not even charge me for a service call even though he diagnosed the problem, took care of things that night, and prevented further water loss while still enabling water to reach the home. I am now a Hip's Plumbing customer for life. If you're looking for an honest knowledgeable plumber, look no further.

My shower was broken so I called hips plumbing. Within 30 minutes they fixed my shower for a reasonable price. My plumber was Tyler who was professional and courteous. He was able to diagnose the problem and had the part on hand. Overall, a great experience with a solid company that I highly recommend.

Hip is awesome! He came early Saturday morning to repair a broken shower handle that my roommate broke. He was very courteous, informative, and his prices were reasonable. He also took the time to explain my water heater and my solar heater. He also let me know that I needed to purchase more bags of softener salt for my water softener. Highly recommended and will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

After purchasing my new home, finding out the disposal made a ton of noise, I reached out to HIPS after reading their great reviews. Turns out the sellers installed a faulty disposal which Terry, quickly diagnosed. I had asked him to return when I purchase a new one, lo-and-behold, he said he always thinks ahead and had a couple in his truck!! He offered to install that one, reasonable offer which I accepted! He also offered to do any other plumbing concerns I had in my new place. He assessed my water heater, and to his assessment needs to be replaced as being OLD! I just moved into a new home and wanted to make sure all the plumbing was working well and have the water heater checked out and flushed. Hip showed up on time and got right to work. He checked my anode rod in the water heater and it was pretty much disintegrated so he was able to install a new one and after the flush I was all good to go. He will be me go to guy for any plumbing needs with the new home!

We had a major plumbing emergency Easter weekend. All of our bathroom sinks, toilets and tubs were backing up, causing overflows and problems with the kitchen sink and laundry. We looked for referrals online and Hips was highly rated. We called and they were really responsive, fitting us in the next day. They arrived on time with a crew, gave us an assessment of the problems and price quotes to get our plumbing running for the short term, as well as a quote to repair some larger problems due to the age of the home. They were by far the best plumbers we've ever contracted with in the past 19 years living in this house. We decided to go forward with the major repairs because their pricing was so reasonable and they didn't try to up sell us on anything. In fact, they told us what would be unnecessary at this time. Hip and his crew were really professional, knowledgeable and cost effective. We're hiring them again soon to replace some bathroom and kitchen fixtures as we renovate.

We Had an issue when our water heater were left not re-ignited by Southwest Gas After they installed something For our backyard. After trying on our own to turn it on we Realized that we need professional help. Called the Hips Plumbing company at 5:30 AM and the guy who answered was very helpful and said he will come in 30 minutes Which he actually did. He was very professional and offered other help. He did it so fast and left. Will call this company again in the future. Highly recommended!!
