I had Hinson Mechanical come out to my house for a leaking water heater. The technician, Vince, was prompt and professional. He had me up and running without charging an arm and a leg. I highly recommend Hinson Mechanical for any plumbing or Heating and cooling needs you may have. Oh, and they do electrical as well !

We bought a home in Wingate from a family that had put in a new hvac system. The home had been completely renovated and the new hvac was indeed a plus for us. Several months later after moving in, we had a water leak from the a/c running and as things would have it, my husband was traveling and I didn't know what to do. I called Hinson Mechanical and spoke to the lady in the office and I was told someone would be out that same day. First of all... I was surprised someone would come out the same day but they did - they fixed our problem immediately and I couldn't have been more satisfied!! I would highly recommend the entire team of Hinson Mechanical as they are professional and always come in a timely manner - as with us.. it was the same day service!! How great was that!!!??

Very unresponsive. I had a water heater needing replacement. Took photos as requested and emailed directly to owner. Spoke by phone 2 days later and was again promised a quote and installation date. Never heard back. Sent another email emphasis the criticality of the repair and still have not heard back. As soon as my service agreement expires I will go elsewhere.
