We really had a different septic issue and Rodney was upfront and very good to deal with. I was happy that they stuck with it and resolved our issue and would recommend them and plan on using them in the future for any well issues.

Told me not to come home when they were at my house working on my pump, when i got to my house they were installing a smaller pump that wouldnt work in our septic, and were scared off by a couple questions literally to the point of driving off. Wouldnt trust em running a bath let alone a septic repair business.

Called with a well problem, the next morning they were here and working. These guys got their stuff together. In less than 4 hours they were had my pump and tank replaced and did a great job. They explained the aspects of what they were doing and why. The tank I had had a pinhole leak and it caused the tank to be waterlogged and the pump was shot from short cycling. I'm glad I called Hinkle Well and septic. The quality and price was great. Thanks guys!!!

Very pleased with the customer service and work that Hinkle provided. On a Saturday morning, our well pump & pressure tank needed an emergency replacement, Hinkle showed up and replaced both in a matter of a few hours. Rodney was very honest and reasonable. I recommend him and his crew for any issue you have. Hopefully we won't need his services anytime soon, but I have his number saved in my phone!

Very professional and responsive to my problem I was afraid I'd have to go the rest of the weekend without water I called them on a Sunday morning because my pump was knocked out during the storm on Saturday night ,not only did they come out and fix my pump and tank but they had it fixed and running in a about a hour Rodney and his team were helpful in fixing our problem. Hinkle is a great company to chose if you have any well problems. We called them on a Saturday morning and they were out in just a couple of hours. We had a recommendation from a friend who told us they had trouble with their well on Christmas day and Hinkle came out to their house and fixed their problem. It is a rare occasion you find a company so forthright, honest and genuine as this company. For years we have had issues with our well pump burning out due to lightening or other freak issues. Sadly, We found our share of unscrupulous well contractors! Finally we found Rodney at Hinkle. He is a man of his word and stands by his products and service! Speaking of service, Rodney will stop at nothing to indentify the issue, sell you only what you really need and go above and beyond after the sale to be sure all remains well! I wish I could rate him higher, he surely deserves it! I will always use this company and am telling everyone! We are so pleased to have our water back and to have found such a reputable contractor.
