We were in need for a plumber to check our water heater. Ours was 30 years old & needed replacing and we had NO hot water!!!!.Saturday morning I began calling plumbers after checking reviews on Yelp. I called Hiniker Plumbing, Tina answered. I explained our situation and she was so nice, concerned and encouraging.I gave her my address & she said she had a Tech in our area & gave me a time frame for him to come over. Danny Lopez came, checked out the water heater and said he can come back Sunday morning & replace with a new one. He came bright & early as planned and installed the new water heater within 2 hours! He was great! very experienced & friendly! He did an awesome job! We now have a great new water heater and HOT water!!! He have found our new plumber! I highly recommend this company!!We had the Gas Company tell us that our original water heater was inoperable and leaking gas. My wife found found this company via Yelp. Tina was great and extremely helpful and advised her they could have someone that day! (It was a Saturday) The technician (Danny) was also very professional and gave us our options. He was out the very next day and installed our new water heater in a couple of hours! The overall experience in working with these people was great and we're very happ with their service.

Called at almost 7pm and Gary picked up right away. I explained that I thought my igniter was broken. I wanted to see if he could come out to install a new one for me. He explained to me that you need to look for the pilot light in a different way on my water heater. Sure enough he was right and I avoided an unnecessary service call. He was honest and upfront and was able to help me over the phone. He was very courteous and polite. Will definitely call if we need his services for water heater, plumbing or other needs.

Had these guys come out on a Sunday after I had a blockage coming up into the shower. They showed up in about an hour and got it unclogged in about 20 min. Don't remember his name but was a nice guy and friendly. Will use these guys again. Costed $250 for this considering it was a Sunday and everyone was closed. They kept constant contact including emails and notifying eta. Really appreciate this. Thanks Hiniker

Very satisfied with the service. I had another company start the work but could not complete it. I am a repeat customer of Hiniker plumbing. I made the phone call and they were here within the hour. Danny was great solved all of my problems with efficiency. Very professional, would hire again. I highly recommend Hiniker plumbing.

Two words Oscar Fabela the man a real hard worker not too many left these days but he was really polite and I wouldn't of rather had anybody else at my house helping with my plumbing repair. These guys are the real deal and always deliver.

I'm a real estate agent and three days before closing escrow on my client's house the termite tent came down and the gas company wouldn't turn the gas back on because they detected a leak that later could not be found.

My client's had a different plumber charging them tens of thousands and quoted a 2 week repair time which would delay closing along with their contingent purchase, setting back all parties involved.

Jeff worked from 8am to 11pm and repiped the entire house for us on a Monday so we could close on time for half the price. He was very polite and courteous and checked in with me on his progress. Integrity, efficiency, & reliability is a rare find these days. Don't risk going elsewhere.

A few months ago I called Hiniker Plumbing to assist me with a water heater issue. They responded out on short notice and resolved the problem. The price was fair and the work was excellent. Since they provided such excellent service during the previous call out, I decided to call again today when I needed assistance with the main water line to my residence. Luis Burgos arrived and quickly resolved my issue. Luis was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I called my friend Dezi Who scheduled Jeff to come out to our home and help us with our plumbing needs. Jeff was professional fast and courteous my mom thought he was very sweet! Jeff identified the first issue as being something very easy and did that service for no charge at all and although the last few things done did cost more than we wanted to spend it was a lot less than anywhere else and the cost that would have been, if it wasn't for this company & their service! Once again Hiniker Plumbing to the rescue. My shower drain was clogged and my husband in his attempts to fix it himself - got some type of brush stuck in the drain - somewhere deep Ugh! Called Hiniker and they sent Rick Reis right over that morning and he was able to save the day! Rick was wonderful and very explanatory... he kept working on it until he got the drain up and working perfectly! He really got everything out - I can't recommend this place enough - Thank you Hiniker for always coming through!
