Let me start by saying, I highly recommend anyone who is in need of a plumber....these are your guys!!! They are awesome. We had a pipe burst in our home and they responded quickly and took care of everything and even went above and beyond. James and Clayton took care of everything. Thank you so much Hinikier plumbing!

Unfortunately, I can only give 1 star. So after all our toilets wouldn't flush and our showers were backing up at 11pm on a Sunday before school starts, my husband and I went to Yelp, of course, for emergency plumbing. This was the first one. They offer 24/7 emergency help. Called twice actually. Finally received a text at 6am, asking if I still need a plumber. Wow, I responded, I needed a plumber 7 hours ago. I too would have liked to go to sleep on a Sunday night. I proceeded to tell him that if you can't accommodate Emergency service, you shouldn't advertise that you do because it is a waste of time to call for those of us in need. He proceeded to lash out about how he returns 80+ hours a week and he was tired. Telling me that if I could do that I'm a much better person than he is. He has 5 trucks and they are so busy blah blah blah. I have all the argumentative text messages, but point being, if you have an emergency late at night, call someone else. They are too tired, too busy and don't need the work!

Two weeks ago I got up to get ready for work only to find that our water heater no longer contained water and wasn't heating anything. We called our home warranty company to get the standard ""someone will call you in 24 hour speech"" then we remembered Hiniker Plumbing. We called Gary and in a few hours Jeff was at our house and dealing with the warranty company. Less than an hour after he got to our house Jeff had approval for our new water heater and began the installation. Jeff worked quick and professionally and was done in no time at all. We've used Hiniker Plumbing before and we will use them again. For an honest, quick, professional company that does superior work in record time call Hiniker Plumbing.

We woke up to a water softener explosion on our garage so shut the water off to the home early this morning. What a nightmare with a toddler! Called Hiniker Plumbing and I swear 20 minutes later Jeff was here to save the day! Courteous, kind, and very thorough. Very knowledgeable in all things plumbing and we were absolutely blessed to have called this company! Great customer service. Desiree kept me updated on arrival time and the installation done by James and Clayton was wonderful. My new stainless steel sink and pull down faucet look beautiful! J & C took the time to make adjustments under the counter to accommodate the sink that I really wanted. I'll be calling them back for any other plumbing needs I have.

They show up on time. They are easy to deal with. They fix the stuff and if they run into a flaw they keep at it until it's right. They don't gouge. Good plumbing help doesn't come cheap, but the owner did not hesitate to explain how I can maintain various issues myself going forward. He also explained how to take care of cosmetic problems with elbow grease. One of the items that they fixed was a toilet with a seeping wax ring due to not a good match. They stacked the wax rings, which is the standard plumber solution for modern ceramic tile, which raises the toilet up above the original level. Toilet was used a lot right after they did it and some of the silicone grout around the toilet came loose due to some rocking of the toilet before everything was dry. Another little bit of seepage occurred. I had a similar issue at another house and knew what to do. Instead of bothering these guys, I just repaired the grout that we knocked loose with my own silicone, told the kids to be gentle and I have had no problems at all since. They get it done. Unbelievable service, from the very pleasant Desiree calling to keep you updated, to James and Clayton showing me the problem and walking me through the repair, at a VERY Reasonable price , then showing me the repairs were successful and the old damaged parts, We would Highly recommend Hiniker plumbing
