Can't say enough good things about a plumbing company that carries itself as professional. The instant I hung up with the scheduler, I got a text and an email confirming the appt (for the next day).

The next morning I got another text to confirm the appt, and to call a number to verify. Called the number and he said the plumber would be on his way (an hour early!). Another text with a confirmation and a photo of the plumber was sent to my phone.

Bill showed up, was super nice, charged the minimum call to sweat on a new hose bib, and was gone in a few minutes.

Will definitely use this company again. Highly recommended!

p.s. while writing this review I just got another text confirming that the job was completed and that an invoice would be sent shortly.

Let me start off by saying, that if I could give Gary Hiniker Plumbing more stars, I definitely would! Its been a long time since I met a professional who loved his profession, provided excellent customer service, was honest and ethical. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a plumber who is knowledgable and provides excellent work to give Gary Hiniker Plumbing a call.

I recently experienced a stoppage in my home, which required immediate attention. I was finally able to get some plumbers out to my home, but my experience was unpleasant and extremely frustrating. They were unethical and appeared to have no idea of what exactly was causing the problem. They provided little information; however, were ready to charge quite a bit.

My husband I found Gary and he was a God sent. He resolved our issue, let us know what was happening every step of the way, his prices were totally fair and he responded to our call immediately. I have been recommending him to all my friends and family. Not only did he resolve our issue, but he went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Gary!!!

James and Louie, what a great team! The first word that comes to mind is integrity. These two make a great coordinated team. I said that twice for a reason :)
I wouldn't recommend anyone else to jackhammer your homes slab!
We had a kitchen sink with a slow drain and they snaked and got stuck at about 25 feet or so, then they brought in a camera, a detector of some sort and found the stopping point.

Our 2 inch drain pipe had been crushed underneath a bedroom and required quite an excavation to remove the bad and replace. Two long days of jackhammering, digging though rocky dirt and sawing through....it wasn't an easy job, but James and Louie persevered with professionalism and grit.

Very personable men with great character . James is awesome, he advised me on how to approach my insurance adjuster, and with his advice I was fully reimbursed...Thank you James!

Louie is very respectful (of seniors) lol! He was very respectful to insure that my property was protected from damage due to the heavy nature of the job.

Two very hard working men, tow very respectful men, two men who I would 100% recommend to get the job done.
Gary highly recommended these two men, and said I would be pleased with them...he was right!

I had water spots on the drywall in the garage and thought the upstairs bathroom had a leak. I also had a toilet running that I tried to fix numerous times but couldn't get it. Gary arrived and inspected the water spots on the drywall and the upstairs bathroom and said there did not appear to be a leak. He fixed my running toilet with no issues. I had no issues with Gary. He was polite and only charged $125 which I thought was reasonable. I recommend.

Bill was our plumber. He was easy to work with and very communicative throughout the whole process. He took his time and gave us a camera scope of our main line due to our issues of backing up. He explained everything that we noticed on the screen with patience and with words a non-plumber would understand. Thanks for everything Bill!

I have had a leak in my bathroom for about 4 months. I have had 5 other plumber here and they have all told me it was not a line coming in my house, it was the sewer line or a slab leak. Jeff came in looked around and said they have a smoke test that they could do but he would have to call his boss Gary. He looked around and I asked them if they could pull the toilet one more time before they started tearing out my tile floor. They pulled it up, removed the flange under the toilet and said thst where your leak is. The seal is gone. Ok, now i know where the water is coming out but i have not used that toilet for 4 weeks. No answer. They put the toilet in my bathtub and said it needed to dry up and then put the toilet back down. They charged me $850 for showing me where the water is coming out but not why. So I still need to find out why the water is coming out the bottom of the toilet. And when I called them back to see if the $850 included putting the toilet back down, they said it would be an additional $200. I think because I am a women alone that Gary thinks he can charge anything he wants and get away with it. Beward Women, he is not the last honest plumber, he is a crook.

Bill came by and gave an estimate to have a pressure relief valve installed. We had some pipes knocking due to our pressure being too high. We were able to schedule the job the next day and he knocked it out in the amount of time he said he would. You can tell he took pride in his work and left the work area cleaner than before the job.

Waited for hours to get help. Poor communication. Told me (hours later) they were needing photos of my outdoor sprinkler and under sink filter. Then needing to come by later in dat for estimate only. Before they would come do the job. I'm going to miss my meeting and late for work on account of this.

less than half an hour this professional man James solve my problem on clogged toilet and bathtub. They are really professional team with efficiency. Highly recommend!
