Hines came out on a Sat night to fix our plumbing backup. Our old sewer line did not cooperate so they came back Mon with a temp fix. We scheduled a new sewer line to be installed on March 25. Hines pulled up on March 24 to install a new line because the issue was getting worse by the day. Not only was the work completed a day early but the actual amount paid was less than the quoted price. We definitely recommend this local company for your plumbing needs. They answer quickly and are honest unlike some of the bigger companies.

Disappointed!!
I had them out to repair something that was under warranty. At my house for less than 40 minutes and my total for labor was $250!! That's over half of what it cost me to get the sump pump installed brand new. I was shocked!! When I asked what their hourly rates were I was told the price is based on the job done. Calling did no good. I was told there's nothing that can be done.
I will never call Hines for anything. Under warranty or not, I'll figure it out before I call them back. I'm upset over the cost for the work done and the time it took. If this is what it costs maybe upon calling they should disclose that the labor will cost me $250 flat rate. Wish the job would have taken 3 hours, I'd feel I got my money's worth.

I had frozen pipes but live in a trailer so the lady wasn't sure if they could do trailers. Seriously? But she was going to find out and call me right back. That was yesterday and still no return call. It only takes minutes to return a call and you couldn't be bothered. Must be nice in this economy to be so picky and lazy.

Good, quick service installing a sump and ejector pump for me. They are also a good community minded business.

Very disappointed with the Hines Plumbing. Technician came out May 11 to fix bathtub faucet, which only turned halfway (in a circle) which gave me lukewarm water only. He replaced the faucet but on May 10, the bathtub faucet malfunctioned again. He charged me another $120.00 home visit (and was happy to do so) to tell me that ""something had slipped b/c everything's made out of plastic."" He did not stand behind the new faucet fixture and did NOT fix my faucet at all. Now I have ""thrown $260.00 down the toilet"" and my bathtub faucet still does not work!!!
