I had Hines Plumbing replace my well pump. My pump went, I called, Jody and crew quickly scheduled the work. They came and were very professional, worked quickly and got my water back up and running. Would definitely recommend.

I called Ed's at the end of September to schedule and appointment to have my furnace serviced. I was told they were very busy and they would have to call back to schedule an appointment. I left all of my information and awaited a phone call. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing. I called back to make sure my information wasn't misplaced. They again said they were very busy and would have to call me back to schedule an appointment. Again I left my information. I asked them when I could expect to hear back. I was told they would be able to service my furnace by the end of October. Needless to say it is November 10 and I have yet to hear anything. I don't know how anyone can run a business with customer service like this. I would have rather they said we are too busy and don't want your business. At least I would have looked for another company and not wasted a month and a half of time.
