Recently we noticed a small water mark on the ceiling below where our toilet had been newly installed in the bathroom above. I contacted Mike and he got back to me immediately to schedule a next day appointment. His brother John came exactly at the scheduled time and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue (small leak due to wax seal issue). John also made sure to flush multiple times after fixing the issue to ensure the work was done thoroughly and correctly. Whereas I was working, John stayed and explained the full situation to my wife in a clear manner that was easy for us to understand. Afterwards Mike called me directly to relay additional information and tips/recommendations for fixing the water mark once dry. Price was definitely reasonable and we would absolutely go to Mike again for any future issues. My wife and I could not be happier with the service and highly recommend to anyone with plumbing issues in their area.

I just have to say, after a long winter where my family lost shingles from the roof, had our garbage disposal break, then our fuel pump go for the furnace, then our over the counter microwave blow up, and car break down we thought nothing else could go wrong! This all happened within a month! Then I came home to find our water heater burst and was leaking water in our basement. With three children, and in the dead of winter I thought we were done! We have used Hinchion plumbing before with positive results...we called Mike. He called right back, he gave me a rough estimate, and came the next morning at 9 A.M. like he said! When he showed my backyard gate was frozen into the ground! we couldn't get it removed! So Mike and his team dismantled the gate, got the water heater in, re installed the gate, and STILL only have us pay the quoted price! I was stunned, and amazed at his company,s dedication, honesty, and loyalty to being there for their customer! I would never hesitate to refer them to ANYONE!

I was in a desperate situation. I called Micheal and he called me back within minutes. He came to the house immediately, even though it was very late in the day. He was professional and curteous. He was able to diagnose my heating problem and fixed the issue enough to get me through the night. The next day he arrived and worked straight through until after 9pm until all of the problems were solved. His price was extremely reasonable and the work was beautifully done, very neat. Michael is very easy to communicate with. It was a pleasure to deal with him. I was very impressed.
