It isn't often you need help with a cesspool problem. But when you do, you need help BAD. I called these guys and they scheduled, came when they said they would, navigated the equipment down my driveway, and dealt with a serious problem. The guys were good to work with and know what they are doing. I felt the price was fair and am now thinking about having them come back and do some additional work on the property. 5 stars and thanks guys.

Came out to Ocean View the next day to pump the septic. Previous home owner never had septic pumped for almost 20 years so it really needed it. These guys did a great job and were thorough. Crew was friendly and helpful when we had questions.

Cesspool and septic issues are some of the worst things homeowners need to deal with. My dad lives in an old house up in Kaumana and unfortunately, ran into some drainage issues. Come to find out, the cesspool was full. I read some reviews on Yelp and decided to go with Hilo pumping. Daryl and his workers came by and did an awesome job. Very professional and very quick. They located the old cesspool and needed to do some jack hammering. Soon after, there was an opening that proved how filled to the top it was. They engaged the vacuum truck and had it pumped within 45 minutes. Cesspool and septic pumping is not cheap. But Daryl and HPS were there when we needed it and did a very professional job. I recommend them with no reservations.
