Hilario with Hilmen Plumbing is extremely thorough . I use him for all my personal and professional plumbing needs . He knows what he's doing and his prices are very reasonable .

Hilario was hired as a sub under our general contractor. He is licensed and bonded however, he asisted our contractor with doing unpermitted work in the primary bath without a consult as they claim. A vent pipe was move through a king stud to accomodate a stand alone tub. We also have the issue of an off center shower drain which Hilario did not consult with us. Contractor claimed he did. Further, none of the work was inspected. We are in the process of working wirh the city's building official to get the bathroom to code and properly permitted. If you are doing work that you think may need a permit, trust your gut and double check with the city. We wished we had especially now having to open up walls for inspection.
