Jim is such a nice person and great plumber. He's installed a few things for me and most recently came to the rescue on a Saturday when I had an emergency leak situation. He is so nice to talk to and seems like he really cares about what he does and his customers. It's great to have a local plumber that you can trust and call on when you have a question or concern!

To clarify, i have a house in Twin Peaks. Service was for that location where I saw your vehicles, not West Covina. I wouldnt expect you to drive an hour when i have 1000's of plumbers near me. And if i describe the whole situation i needed, which was pretty basic, you would remember the several calls and messages i have left for you. This is the right review for the right company.

You will not go wrong choosing Jim Hilman for your plumbing issues. He did a very thorough job and made sure our kitchen sewer line (1935) was cleared. Very prompt, clean and fair pricing. He gives wonderful advise to help curb future problems. I will most definitely call him again.

Jim is AWESOME and I will definitely call on him again. I have a Rinnai wall heater and called him for its annual service. Jim was so accommodating of my very limited schedule - he shuffled his schedule around in order to come out to the house when I could be there. Jim is communicative, prompt, courteous, responsive, professional, knowledgeable and this list could go on. He is very knowledgeable of the Rinnai wall heaters - he gave me a tip of how to adjust the wooden decorator cabinet surrounding the heater in order to maximize the air flow. My neighbor was over visiting when Jim arrived and she realized she had had him come to her home for a problem with her kitchen sink drain and she was completely happy with his work. It is so nice to have a dependable contractor I can rely on. You won't be disappointed - call Jim for your plumbing/heating needs!!!

He has flushed my tankless water heater, installed new faucets, and repaired my garbage disposal. He is always on time, fixes my problems, and charges fairly. Waited two months to get a repair done after he came out and diagnosed the problem. Two months of waiting and I called him to find out that the part had come in the week before but he hadn't bothered to let me know. It took him less than 10 minutes to replace the part. Shocked when I got the bill and discovered that he had charged me over $70 to make some phone calls. Will not use him or recommend him again.
