Fantastic job! I had an issue with an outdoor faucet that leaked into my office whenever your turned it on. Jim came out and diagnosed the issue to a burst pipe. I neglected to disconnect the hose during winter... ;-(

Within 45 minutes to issue was fixed and no more water leaking into my office.

Showed up wearing a mask on time. Very polite, professional, on time and most important, honest. Jim could have charged me for something I thought I needed but didn't. Left the place cleaner than when he got there and finished everything on the list and then some. Could not be happier. Will definitely use again if I need plumbing work.

Wow! Mr. Hillman is the best tradesman I have dealt with on the mountain. Great communication (even while he was on vacation), super problem -solving skills, excellent work product, and reasonable prices. He moved a gas line for a oven install, installed a dishwasher, garbage disposal, kitchen faucet, and refrigerator ice maker line. The gas line, ice maker line, and dishwasher install all required some out of the box thinking to do and Mr. Hillman successfully figure out each. He actually had to restructure our dishwasher back wheel and support to be able to get the dishwasher in the cabinet flush as it should be. We will have him back to replace shower/tub fixtures next. Also, we recently pitched this home to remodel and it turns out Mr. Hillman coincidently installed our water heater. It works great, not a scratch on it, and is a good quality unit. Ask him to tell you about his training and how he became a plumber. Great story and explains why he is as good at his job as he is and why I will only use him in the future.

Really nice- on time, very reasonably priced and did a great job! So happy!! Definitely going to use this guy next time I need any plumbing done. I had previously contacted a different plumber who was set to do the work but wanted three times what Hilman's charged me. (This other company's guy wanted the afternoon off so quoted astronomical amount and pretty much ran out of my house- the job was replacing 3 toilets.).
