I've been having some difficulty with the installation of an under-sink water filtration system. After being stuck for a few days I admitted defeat and hopped on yelp. I don't usually like to start a 'Yelp Project' because you end up getting a million texts, emails, and calls, but that's how I found Hilltop Plumbing.

Marcial responded quickly, letting me know that he had availability the next day. He showed up a little early, which is certainly preferred to being late, and he was in and out in less than 30 mins - easy job (for him!)

I didn't catch his helper / partner / apprentice's name, but they were both courteous, clean, and quick. I don't have any experience using Hilltop for large jobs, but I imagine he'd approach them with the same professional as he did my little job.

5/5 would call again.

My tenant had emergency issue re toilet in the morning. Luckily, I found Hilltown Plumbing. They are VERY helpful and professional. They saved me from the risk of getting a flooded property and their company deserves the most stars!!!

A few days ago, I discovered that the large water pipe in the front was leaking, and it had been leaking for three days.
The next day, I quickly went on Yelp to find a plumber. I contacted five different referrals; some came to provide a free estimate, but the prices were hard for me to accept. Around 5 PM, I finally found Marcial from Hilltown Plumbing. He immediately went to Home Depot to buy the parts for the repair. I was very grateful for his quick response.
By around 7 PM, Marcial informed me that he couldn't find the parts and needed to purchase them from a specialty store the next morning. His charges were very reasonable, and he was willing to come immediately and was very responsible. True to his word, he came the next morning with the correct parts, spent an hour, and completed the job with great skill.
Marcial is a very responsible, experienced, and hardworking man. He communicated very well throughout the entire process. I am very grateful for his help, which allowed us to have water again the next day. I highly recommend him.

Super quick to reply and had someone come out quickly to give a very competitive estimate for a shower kit install. High quality professional work, and the project turned out great. Would definitely recommend, and will use them the next time we have a plumbing project!

Received help with a clogged toilet.

They were the only business that responded with a method of communication that was accessible to me and didn't ask me to send them my phone number.

They were quick and very easy to communicate with (by a method that's not a phone call!). They were clear about time (arrival / how long it would take / when they are available etc)

Due to my disability my apartment is in a state where people can be very judgmental about it, they thankfully didn't express anything and just did the job and left (I did try to be transparent about it to them).

Would contact them again, and would recommend to others especially who are also struggling with maintenance issues due to disabilities and /or state of the house.

My main shutoff valve broke and of all days on New Year's Eve. Checked Yelp for a Plumber and Marcial responded within minutes. He gave me an initial estimate on the phone and then found out he had a bit of a drive to get to my place. He quickly was able to install a new shutoff valve and ended up charging less than what was quoted. He did rush the job, was extremely professional and definitely someone card worth holding on to for future jobs just in case needed. I highly recommend Hilltown Plumbing.

Marcial was great! My garbage disposal was dead and he was quick to respond, schedule, and price out the replacement. He showed up as promised and knocked out the install very quickly. Provided all documentation and receipts for the unit and taught me something new (allen wrench to un-jam if it's stuck). Super nice guy, too. Thanks Marcial!
