I had a very unpleasant experience here, and would never go back. I wanted to look at tubs for a remodel, and was interested in a particular one on display. I was heavily pushed towards another manufacturer (higher margin?), insulted continually about my preferences, and told to leave when I would not give the name of my contractor (I did not want him bothered with a sales call). I think they wanted the plumbing business as well as the sale, though I cannot be sure. I would not dream of using them for anything.

What a great experience. After going thru this Covid19 mess I decided to treat my wife and I to a new master bath. I worked with Rob mainly. He was very knowledgeable and had a great selection of different styles. He worked with my wife and helped produce our dream bathroom. His company also did the installation which saved time and money Next Spring we're going to have him remodel our kitchen. Thanks to Rob andhis staff J. M Miller
