Through my home warranty they were assigned to come do a job. They never called me like they should have. I had to call them 3 times to finally get someone on the phone, voicemails never returned. Unprofessional on phone and showed up 4 hrs late. Had to leave to get more parts, scratched up the plating on the bathtub, left a nasty mess in the bath tub. Then 2 and 3 months later the owner comes to my house, because there is no record of what work they did at my house. Can we say poor book keeping!!! NEVER USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY, THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honest review: these are two hard working guys and they are great at the work, I think they are still figuring out scheduling and I know that can be hard. However once my plumber, Logan, was at my home he did a great job, he was neat and clean with his work and he went above and beyond by checking With me while buying the faucet covered by my warranty, making sure it was what I wanted and I could afford the matching one for my other sink that wasn't covered. I really appreciate that thoughtfulness!

I would never refer or ever use hills plumbing. My insurance referred us to them. We have Just moved into pur new home we bought and had plumbing issue pop up. At the time couldn't come out til Monday since It happened on a Friday. Came out gave a quote of 650 but had no camera. Told us to call everyday to see if they had one. After day four i called someone else to get the job done and help us out. Have three little ones including myself n boyfriend. Too long to go without plumbing. Felt very neglected and no effort to help us out. Very crappy service.

Unprofessional. Driver ran a red light this morning and cut me off while talking on his cell phone. That way to represent the company. I would never recommend this company to anybody I know.

I was in a bad spot moving back into my home with my water heater leaking like a sieve. The owner came out quickly, sized up the job and gave me a timeline. He kept to his word, did a very professional job, and was very fair and friendly. I will be having him do other work for me soon.
